Stopped by to see if I could find a shower chair, but they had nothing of the sort Crowded and chaotic, could be a little cleaner. No furniture here. Mostly clothes amd knick knacks. Only a small area of books. Would still check this place out again...it's still a thrift store, never know what you'll find. read more

Always had great finds here! I always can count on leaving with at least one article of clothing. The staff is friendly for the most part, though there have been times when younger staff has been very rude. Overall a great Goodwill to find some good finds. read more

I would always donate here however seems like the rules have changed and they now pick what they will accept and what they don't want you have to take somewhere else. On 7/28 I went to donate during business hours and there was a sign saying not accepting donations which I thought was odd but instead took my donations to the rescue mission. Definitely won't be going back here to shop or donate. read more

I've been shopping here for 2 years and have found Amazing deals. It does smell in there, I think the sewage in the area is bad. Staff is usually great to work with. There is one person in there who isn't always helpful when you sometimes ask to see an item behind the counter, Jim. I've seen him act very rudely to some customers when they were trying to decide if an item would fit in their budget. I once asked what was in a black case and he replied "Auto equipment" I was thinking, sound...stereo...so I asked to see it and he repeated "auto equipment" and laughed, yet he couldn't tell me exactly what it was so I kept trying to guess what he meant. How can I be the first to review this place. This place has been here forever and the deals are smokin! I ALWAYS find good s**t here. The clothes are always name brand and in great condition. There is always some sort of colored tag sale. I think the most expensive clothing item is $6.99, most things are under $5.... They have very limited housewares, but they do have furniture. If I didn't drive a VW golf, I would have bought a super cool danish modern coffee table. I was here 2 1/2 hours today. No dressing rooms so wear your leggings or find a large elastic waist skirt for trying on clothes! =) I spent close to $60 and I bought 2 things I am going to resell on ebay for about $60...that makes this a FREE shopping trip. Personally I prefer clothes organized by size. Lots of digging here! The clothing was chaotic not that great of a selection but the other departments were ok. The staff was very upbeat which made up for some of the extra digging time. read more

I was cashing my things out and a lady I believe was the assistant manager was treating me and an employee very rude and disrespectful. I had a question about pricing and she did not want to attend me saying "I am to busy" even though she was just standing there looking at her nails. There was also an occasion where she had raised her voice a little making me feel like I wasn't welcomed there. I really do like all the neat stuff that the store has. But I just don't like the vibe that I am reserving from her. read more

Horrible! I love going to goodwill and looking for deals but this place is trash. Every aisle you go into is just stuff stacked carelessly on top of each other and a lot of the items are missing from the boxes. I've been there many times and always see people stealing. Every time a worker comes out with a cart of items people just swarm towards it and take everything it's crazy. I also see the same group of guys that literally just sit there all day waiting for a worker to come out with a cart of items and take everything out so no one else can get something. The owner really needs to do something about this it's ridiculous. There is a lot more I can say about this place but don't feel like wasting my time so I'll just leave it at that, 1 star. read more

WOW!!!! The Goodwill you can find so many good and wonderful things at the Goodwill. For not that much money you can buy things that you never had or will turn something that was old and make it brand new. That's why a lot of people go to the Goodwill just to put in there house to give it love. If you need something and you need it a hurry and don't want spend that much money the Goodwill will most likely have it. but most of their things are so cute you can just wash it and its brand new. My mom loves to go to the Goodwill just to always look and see what they have. Sometimes I go with her and look what they have and some of the thing and items that they have are so cool and interesting to see for low price. If you want to be something for Halloween you can go and make your own costume and its fun and way more cheaper. A lot of people donate a lot of thing at one time mostly clothes and furniture. The Goodwill means to me is an adventure to go hunt and look for that one thing that you might need and you'll love forever. The people their is so nice and they always have sales so the things you want to get can even be more cheaper. They have all the colors that you can think of and people really buy then because they are pretty. So what I'm trying to say is that the Goodwill is a fun place where to shop for me. read more

Very nice young lady Goodwill staffer at register all alone trying to ring up all the people in a huge long line. I felt so bad for her. The store is dirty and the shelves are bare. There is no jewelry counter as she said they have a high instance of theft from the clientele there. The customers are aggressive and rude. There are unattended children running everywhere breaking things. You are much better off at the Arroyo Grande Goodwill and it's well worth the drive. read more
