It's interesting how I've gone to so many clothes, mentor stores in the region and they've always…read morebeen kind and welcoming. I walk into the Sandusky clothes, Mentor, and get a cold stare. No greeting at all for me and my friend but everyone else gets treated makes me wonder why? it definitely made me feel like I did not belong in the store, nor did they want people like me there if they did, they would have acted differently towards us. But they did which leads me to think that me, and people like me may not be welcome there. I am a big customer of clothes Mentor, and will not be shopping at the Sandusky location due to this experience. I hope that they learn from this and make a shift to make everyone feel welcome and valued as a customer.

I asked them if I could get a fitting room and they asked me to leave my purse in the front and I asked why do I need to do that and they didn't give me a reason they just open the door and I had to leave my purse in the front. Overall the experience again was very bad and the prices are horrible.
