This store may look ordinary from the outside, but it's soul will astound you! I walked in one day…read morebecause sometimes I find real treasures in small stores, and this one was no exception... I was simply blown away by the shear volume and variety of their inventory! This collectibles store has crafts, antiques, novelties, and consignment items, all categorized by subject matter, colors, shapes, designs and other variations. It is hard for me to accurately describe everything I saw when I was there, except to say it was simply overwhelming! There were several areas to look around and explore, and I often found myself reminiscing about things I've used in my past or played with in my youth! This store should be on everyone's list to visit when you're looking for that special toy for a child, something you might add to your collection, or for the older adult who wishes he was young again! I will definitely be back!

Sad to report that this boutique owner does not pay her vendors. We met when she ordered from my…read morewholesale account on Faire.com - after she had some issues with Faire, I made allowances and helped her to switch items outside the platform. Big mistake! After that she saw an item I had posted on Facebook and requested a wholesale order be custom made to her specifications. Upon receipt she gave positive reviews: months later after not receiving payment, I reached out. She mentioned that they had not sold well and I politely reminded her that these items were made to her specifications and that their selling is her sole responsibility, like any other wholesale account. I paid out materials and labors for manufacturing what is essentially her design, and she has yet to pay. She stopped responding months ago - I have screen shots of the entire exchange. Consigners or vendors beware. Jennifer Batistelli will take advantage of you.

It is on a beautiful wooded road, and is easy to miss if you didn't take that road. Don't miss it! The couple who runs it (and lives next door) is super nice, and they have a small but interesting and diverse collection of antiques - reasonably priced estate jewelry, vintage baby clothes, kitchen items, old furniture and lots of other great things. If you're "antiquing" in the area (a good place to do it), you should stop by Hen's Teeth as well as Millett's Auction House in nearby Vermillion, OH.

I love the selection of vintage items that are available, you will find everything from 1920's women's dress shoes to 1970's house coats. The prices can be a little steep on some items but with the vintage stuff you really get a good deal on what you pay for. I have purchased countless dresses and bags (all in excellent condition with no odor or damage to the items) and can always find a unique item on the number of clearance and sale racks placed in the shop. Be sure to browse the accessories and jewelry case at the front of the shop and consider them for your next costume rental if you are looking for a quality outfit that is sure to impress.
