I asked a simple question about what was in a box and she said it was an antique hanging lamp. I asked if it was a wired lamp or a plug in the wall type...SHE WAS RUDE AS HELL...she said, "The key word was antique"...I NEVER did get a straight answer out of her! I was quite embarrassed, since there were other people in the shop while I was there. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE-I'm sorry, but not everyone knows the "ins & outs" of "antique".
