I found a manager and began to explain the situation to which he told me maybe my child should not be touching shoes on the display then. This was not a display it was a long table with shoes thrown on top of it. Manager and employee were very rude. Unfortunately I think the manager just seemed very uneducated and nervous. I would say that this mall is comparable to the lake forest mall in Gaithersburg, Maryland. It has a variety of stores and more store surrounding the mall on the outside. Food court stores were decent but nothing to knock your pants off. The environment is clean. All in all a decent place to stop by and look around.
