Sunday, 05/225/2026, 3:15pm, hey John you shouldn't be working here and probably not with people at all. You're rude, disrespectful and have absolutely no sense of customer service. You treated me like I was a liar because you didn't give me the discount that my items were on (home decor) that had a sign right in front of the product and I had to then talk to another employee just to be treated like I'm a liar again. It shouldn't take me that long to prove I was right and you guys were in the wrong. Giving Christians a bad name. Back to Michael's for me.

The biggest thing is that this mall has an older, vintage feel to it, and it makes it appear dated. Doesn't make it that exciting to visit. Has your stores somewhat standard in malls: Hot topic, Spencers, JCPenney, plus American eagle. It also has one of the last fye's around my "area", a belk, and an AMC theater. That said, it isn't a big mall, and keep in mind Simon owns it(as someone who lives in the state that has Arundel mills). Food court has a few recognizable options: Chick fil-a and charley's. I went for the first time yesterday with my grandmother, and I will say it isn't bad for the area, but if you are coming outta state, I will say you can go to better malls. Again, it is adequate enough for your basic mall needs.
