We also know you are tax exempt and a not for profit. Your mission used to be to help the poor and down trodden. Yes, you have your rehab centers. There is little information on how successful they are. You are not selling quality, clean items. The store is filthy. The items are not even cleaned. Yet many of your items are at new in box retail or higher prices. It is ridiculous and sad. The lower socioeconomic level people count on being able to go there and purchase clothing and household items for their homes. You see, they cannot afford to buy new. What about serving those individuals? The store smells like wet shoes. There are clothes and toys on the floor. The front area has not been swept in years. Honestly, it is disgusting! The carts have big wads of dust, garbage and hair around the wheels. It is gross. When is the last time that store was vacuumed? How about changing the ceiling filters so dirt and dust doesn't fall on you while shopping? The seasonal sections are so disorganized. So one walks into this mess and filth only to see high prices on every day items. For your prices one can go into a department store that is clean and get a new household item for the same price. In fact, I will do just that.
