This picture asks you to keep your children safe. Children aren't actually allowed.
Adrienne M.

Be aware that this location does not allow children under the age of 14 inside. This is not posted clearly in any space, so we were informed when we arrived. We were told it is for safety reasons. I would understand this, save for the fact that Buy The Pound Thrift, which operates under the same bin structure, has been successfully allowing children since they opened. There are several other bin shopping places in the city that also allow children. This policy should be clearly written in several places to avoid wasted gas and trips. There is a sign saying to keep your children safe, which I saw in the pictures before coming here initially. Why do you have signage about keeping your kids safe if your don't allow them in the store?!

The adventure and treasure-hunt awaits you!

You didn't know it... but this is what you were waiting for. The Goodwill Outlet. Could thrift store prices get any better, you ask? Why... yes! They just did. At the outlet, items are priced by the pound, so you can get a pair of used Uggs (if you happen to be there on such a day) for under $2. But be warned, you can also find a bunch of other stuff that you didn't know that you wanted. When you walk in to the outlet, you see a whole bunch of blue bins full of stuff. At first, it might look like junk, but if you look deeper, you might find a treasure. What happens is that the items that don't sell at Goodwill stores in the region are brought to this spot for one last chance to sell. There are bins of clothes, shoes, glass items, and household items... toys and randoms galore! Be careful to pay attention to the rules when you go in. New items ("a rotation") come out about every half hour to hour, for the entire time the store is open. So, you will be asked to step away from the old items and they will roll out new bins filled with merchandise. Everyone will be asked to stay behind the yellow/red line until the workers tell you that it is okay to walk and stand by the merchandise. But... wait! Don't shop or touch any of the items until you are given the go ahead. When they say "go," get in there and start treasure hunting. Every day and every shopping experience is different. You never know what you are going to find. Give it a try for an hour or two and I hope you find something fun and a deal of the day!

all for under $20!

Decent selection. Not the best in quantity. The size of the store was smaller than expected but the staff was attentive.

This is the best place. I love just scouring thru the bins searching for everything. It's like a big storage unit sale. :)

It is not to be considered a thrift store, it is not a thrift store, and is only a last chance store for items before their disposal.

This antique mall is stuffed full of vendors, unique finds, and all of your antique shopping dreams. They have such a fun layout with four floors. You could wander around for hours. If you are coming in with a large bag/purse they will ask you at the door to lock it in one of the lockers. So keep that in mind when stopping by! This is a must especially if you are visiting the city market on a weekend or this area in general. It is easy to get to and such a gem.

My friends and I spent two hours wandering around in here marveling at the sheer absurdity of 90% of the pricing. The booth rental must be astronomical here! Seriously, the prices are so high. You're lucky to find anything small for less than $10. The bigger items? You might as well forget it unless you've got a couple hundreds burning a hole in your pocket. The plus side is that it's a really neat antique mall with tons to look at. It's fun to browse and they have a massive selection! Also! I was scrutinizing everything carefully and as far as I can tell, there is zero AI-generated imagery in here from the booth owners or the antique mall itself! No crappy tumblers or 3D-printed dice towers either. That was very pleasing to find. It's a worthy stop if you're fond of days gone by but don't expect to find bargains here.

You also understand I'm quick to be bluntly honest... so here is my blunt honesty.... Next time you get the chance to visit the West Bottoms Antique District, you'd be mistaken not to give yourself plenty of time to browse The Green Door. A lovely space tucked away on the second floor of the Stowe Hardware / Bottoms Up building, their selection is vast and their collection is stunning. The Green Door isn't your standard collection of antiques and fine art... this is a step above of what you typically find. Their inventory includes great historic pieces from the Midwest all the way to amazing finds from all over the world. The store's inventory is constantly changing, visit often as not to ever miss a lovely piece that belongs in your home! Even better, follow them on social media to be continually updated on their newest additions and finds!!! As I write this review, I can see six pieces in one single room of my home from The Green Door. Each one brings me a little smile and a ton of joy each time I lay eyes on it. Each piece is unique and I consider a true treasure that helps make our house, a home. The West Bottoms is known for only having all stores open on the First Friday of the month... the beauty of The Green Door is they are open every weekend and available by appointment, as well! Do yourself a favor and go find the next treasure for your home today. Amazing pieces and collection at excellent prices! Their owners are extremely professional, knowledgable and about as friendly of people as you will meet in this lifetime!
