What a gem of a shop . Well, today was similar - quite happy browsing for hours . Between my wife and I we left with no fewer than ten tomes . And I had to restrain myself from carting out more . They have a whole Starbucks cafe off to the side, which is always a lovely combo. Coffee & books? Yep, I'm there. Along with a wide sprawl of book genres, they have a lego section, puzzles and other board games, toys and fun things for the kiddos, and so much more. We spent probably close to an hour just walking around in here and enjoying it all, and it could've been even longer. The prices are still a little higher than is reasonable in my mind, but you have to expect that coming to a Barnes & Noble. They did have a few sales here when I came, though, and one was on some collector Harry Potter books which I couldn't resist. This is a great addition to the University Town Center area.

I asked male employee at help desk where to find puzzle books, he said "over in corner" and kept…read moretyping. I waited a beat but he didnt look up to acknowledge me, so I walked away saying just never mind, but saw 2 other women approach him & he then promptly led them to their book. I went to check out counter and told the lovely lady named Kristen(?)of my ordeal, she led me to books. I was visibly upset and stating why would he be this way. Male employee heard me & said he was in the middle of something and would have shown me, why could he not have used common courtesy, looked up & said just to give him a minute and would show me. No problem immediately showing other women their books! This is a nice place to go and relax and he ruined atmosphere, thankfully Kristen(?) was there.
