The drop off of goods has a very rude worker. I think she's a supervisor. Terrible rude. Nobody was at the drop off, so I grabbed a coupon. Instead of nicely Saying, we'd rather you not do that, it's against company policy or something like that, she chased me down. In the store she Rudely and loudly told me YOU CANT DO THAT. Blah blah blah. Twice , she repeated her her rant. Maybe she was having a bad day. Good thing I have other places to donate. After all it was just a coupon, and she doesn't OWN the store. And I was DONATING....Avoid the donation Area. If they don't come out to get your stuff there are repercussions. read more

I love this store and I go in as often as I can! prices are high but so is minimum wage if the match washington since I live in a bordering town.. I didn't like the general layout of this Goodwill. As usual there was an overabundance of women's clothes, that generally looked picked over and not well selected for shelving. There was a minimal amount of men's clothes, which again were picked over. I agree the "knick knacks" were more like "crap" instead of anything useful. I didn't even bother with the electronics or furniture because even from just glancing at these areas, they looked about the same as the apparel, slim and barely any selection. I did find a few VHS that were decent, but that was about it. read more

I don't know what is wrong with goodwill lately but I am done going In there. All but one cashier are rude. The store is crowded and not clearly marked leaving people who want to cash out extremely confused and you are yelled at if you do not know the procedure. Everything seems to be high priced and some things don't even have tags so you can't buy them. No one listens to you or helps and it seems they forget why they are there. Try a smile and be glad you have a job goodwill workers life isn't that bad. read more

Don't advise this and similar stores. Range and quality of items very poor. Very expensive especially for thrift store and used items. Staff style wrong. They talk as if their customers are millionaires. They must cater to ordinary people. You are better off paying a dollar more and buying new read more

I've been to some really fun goodwills. This isn't one of 'em. Everything is just ok. There are quite a few clothes for the size of the store, but the nick nacks and such are mostly just stuff that probably should have been thrown away. read more

This, like the other donation stores in town, is a lot like going to a garage sale. You might find something you want but the price will be good if you do. Another thing is that these stores usually have some sort of work therapy program for people with special needs of some sort. My family donates usable items which seem to be appreciated. read more
