I just call Good Will to pick up a TV and a metal bed frame, they direct to call another number 369-990-5226 for pick-up. After giving them information on the items, they quoted me about $200 that I have to pay in order to donate. After calling Good Will back, they don't do pickup any longer and if I want to donate, I have to bring it myself or pay for the pickup. And in return they will sell it for a higher price. Was in town visiting my family and needed a little outing. This goodwill was highly recommended. Upon walking in, you cannot help but notice how large the store is and how clean it is. I didn't check out the clothing on this trip, but definitely will next time. I stuck to housewares and books this trip. The housewares I would say had a large selection, but did feel a little expensive for thrifting. Holiday decor was upwards of $8-$10 for some items. I did find and purchase a set of corelle plates for $12.99 which included 4 large plates, 5 small plates, and 5 bowls. The book selection was also very large and well organized. I looked through the cookbook section and found a book on juicing I ended up purchasing as well. Overall a great trip into thrift here and will be back next time I'm in town! read more

Super expensive prices, Goodwill items are donations so you would think prices will be cheaper then retail price. They do ticket color sales on Sundays but they don't even leave that ticket color on the floor, employees start to remove items from racks. What the point of advertising a ticket color on sale if employees are going to go around and remove items so you can't purchase? read more

I went thru the drop-off with some men's clothing. A polite and pleasant worker immediately came out and helpfully took the items, offered a receipt and wished me a good day. read more

I rarely leave reviews. I greeted an employee of the donations drop off and was completely ignored. Claimed he didn't want to take my donation of OUTDOOR basketballs and BAGGED clothing because they got sprinkled on by light rain. When asked if I can bring them back when it's dry, I was completely ignored. Asked to speak to a manager and closed the door on me. Completely took the joy of donating to those in need. Goodwills seem to have become more expensive over the years, and this one is no exception, but it is still much more economical to shop here than even Walmart. This store is very large, has lots of inventory of all kinds (see my photos). It has a large off-street parking lot. read more

Lehigh Goodwill just moved to this new location recently. Its huge but I have to say a little disappointing that they have all this room and the stock of items is lacking. Hopefully in the next few weeks the stock will grow. Like with any thrift store I don't mind hunting for the diamond in the ruff. I will allow them some time to get established in this new location and come back and update my review. In the meantime I will continue to PICK away for goodies. read more

I really like this Goodwill. Always neat and clean. Items are generally where they belong (sizes, etc.). A very nice selection of clothing, household and toys. I really don't like having to look at the NEW items they only sell at their NEW prices. Sort of defeats shopping at a Goodwill. Seems like they are trying to become a retail "NEW" store. But, that all said, I continue to shop there a couple of times a week and usually find something. Have never had a problem checking out even in their busy times. read more

Just tried to drop off a pickup truck load of clothes and house hold items, some of which are brand new, at the Lehigh location. As I followed the signage to the drop off location, an employee actually yelled at me for not pulling in from the opposite direction against the clearly marked signage. Not a wise move. I left with my belongings and am now making arrangements to donate this load and several more to AM Vets, as I should have for the start. I won't be back. read more

Had a repeating unpleasant experience when checking out. Assistant Manager came to help but was slick, talked in circles, and came across as dishonest. This goodwill will bundle a bunch of items with masking tape and then put price as 3 items for $3.00; set of seven for $7.00 etc. then they further mark the items with the official goodwill sticker one or two times. When we found that two items out of three were missing one batch. we wanted one reduced by 3rd as we were paying for 3 same items-NO WAY NO EXPLANATION. The other item again missed one out of three items, and the manager implied the 2 items left may be raised in price if we complied as he states he had priced them himself.
