I was really glad to see that the customer service was better and the bathrooms were much cleaner than my past visits, so I am updating my rating from 2 to 3 stars. The only issue was that the store was very disorganized, and it was extremely difficult to find any sizes, styles, or brands. The merchandise was all over stuffed on the racks in a random assortment. This was super frustrating and made it take forever to find what we needed. We did have a good experience otherwise. John was very friendly and helpful at the checkout. We had a coupon and got a great deal! It was a total of only $65 for a dress shirt and dress pants, as well as a shirt I grabbed for myself. I always love the sale prices and coupons at Kohl's!

So from my experience, the boys clothing selection was as if Target met Carters, with a little bit of Kohl's mixed in, at a significantly higher price. I felt as if the styles were not quite up to par with the newer styles of clothing that are now available for little boys, a little behind times w/ the trends. Not completely impressed w/ little girls selection either. Overall, the customer service experience wasn't bad, but like the lady said, she had been there for 22 years. Maybe it's time she updates the styles to keep up with the times. I ended up buying a gift online from Nordstrom.

My fiancée and I went to this location because we weren't satisfied with our second mattress. Beth helped us the entire time, and her co-worker Ryan was also there. Both were extremely nice. Beth was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us while working with us to figure out which mattress would be better for us next. My fiancée and I spent three hours figuring out what we wanted. Beth made a call to the Maryland store and really worked with us to give us the best option for us. We will hands down recommend this store to anyone and also return with all of our purchases. If I ever need new pillows or sheets, I will make sure to call the store first so they can order it for me and they get the credit. Thank you both for the visit today! I did have a little bit of trouble with my refund from the store, but the employees were so helpful and worked with me to make sure everything was sorted out!
