I usually hate thrift shopping because I almost always have something specific in mind, and somehow I can never find exactly what I'm looking for. So imagine my surprise when I walked into Goodwill today with a very specific item in mind and found it within FIVE minutes! I ended up grabbing four shirts that I thought might work--three men's long-sleeve flannels and one women's long-sleeve flannel--and the grand total was only $21. Honestly, that alone made this a successful thrift store trip for me. The selection here is pretty good, with everything from kids' and women's clothing to men's clothing, coats, shoes, and home décor. They also typically have an add-on area with things like jewelry and other miscellaneous items. There weren't a ton of plus-size options, so that's something to keep in mind if you're specifically shopping for those sizes. They also had a sale going on today with 25% off blue-tag items. You do have to actually search for the sale items because they aren't all grouped together in one special section, but there were definitely some good finds mixed throughout the store. Overall, this was a VERY successful thrift trip for me--which is honestly surprising because I usually have terrible luck at thrift stores when I'm looking for something specific. Kudos to this Goodwill for making it easy to find what I needed and actually having what I came in looking for! read more

This Goodwill is not like any others that I've been to before - the distinct smell was not present here and it was significantly smaller but more tidy! We came just to check it out, and we did NOT like the parking lot as it was one way only. The selection was decent, but the kid's section looked to have really nice styles and brands. We ended up not buying anything, but I am keen on coming back due to how nicely everything was kept. read more

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn't too crowded. Plenty of free parking in the lot. Store was well-organized and clean. They had a good selection of clean shoes and baseball caps. Prices seemed a bit high. No fitting rooms but there were mirrors around the store. They do accept credit cards. read more

If Goodwill had a frequent shopper club, I'd be like, a gold member, for sure. Their prices are super reasonable and they always have a TON of dresses and sleeveless shirts to check out, which are my favorite. Don't forget to check the signs about the weekly color sale - you can save even more! They've made a recent switch from organizing clothing by color to organizing it by size, which is super helpful. They've also added scannable inventory tags to every item, versus just colored barbs, which makes checkout go more smoothly. COVID-19 restrictions have kept their dressing rooms closed for over a year now, but they've relaxed their return policy. read more

It's a goodwill.... It is what it is.... That all being said the staff at this goodwill is incredibly polite and helpful. My mother in law passed this past year and we had quite a bit of hoarding to donate. I've probably donated 20 van loads full of everything from random electronics to clothing at this location and the staff never once seemed to have even the slightest inkling of a negative attitude in regards to helping me unload my car into the donate bins. I've shopped inside a few times and while there isn't much of a selection to chose from that really doesn't have much of anything to do with goodwill as a whole and has more to do with what was donated when. I'll be back here for sure. read more

Very easy to drop off and donate. The drive up area has a sensor that signals to employees that you have arrived. They met me at my trunk to help me unload my donations. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! So fast! read more

If it weren't the closest location to home, I would never stop in here. There just isn't much here for me to get excited about, even at a few bucks. I shop primarily for clothing, because I cannot keep buying $30 dress slacks for a job that has me stocking chemicals that eat holes or wash out the dye in a pair of black or blue slacks. I swear every time I spend that kind of money my distribution center sends me the one case of bleach that has sat water logged for weeks, so when I lift it off the truck the whole thing crashes to the floor ruining the new digs. So, for $3 per pair, it is worth stopping in every few days when I am in need of new pants. This last trip was no different. I was actually looking for something to wear outside of work, I don't do T-shirts with goofy designs or quotes on them (for the most part) so I needed some dressy button up shirts, maybe some polo style shirts, and in a size that didn't make me look like the guy at the gym who wants to be noticed. Those shirts make me look and feel like an over stuffed sausage skin, so I tend to avoid them. Problem is, either this section of town is filled with only small dudes who donate clothes, or all of us fat guys have figured out that $3 shirts fit just as good as $30 shirts, and we don't feel so bad when we bend over to pick up a pork chop in the bottom of the deep freeze and rip the seams out of the back in the process. Long story short, Goodwill is a great place to get clothes but you might want to prepare to make multiple trips to either different locations or go several times in a 2 week period to find what you need. Or, go spend $30 at Kohl's and donate your old $30 shirts here so I can buy them! read more

For the first time, I was greeted at a goodwill by the workers which was very welcoming. The workers were helpful, but the organization of the items were not the best. If you do go, make sure you have time to spend digging for items. :) read more

Goodwill at Harvester wants customers to know they are NOT an essential business, therefore, they can and will determine who they allow to shop in their store!! They are a rather dirty store and provide no wet wipes for their carts that get used over and over without ever being sanitized. But none of that matters, they only care if you have a face mask on and if you happen to have a medical exemption, they will tell you such a thing does not exist and the manager will kick you out of the store. Never mind that you have already been in the store for 30 minutes and are in line to check out. read more

Surly employees... insane prices for used stuff, especially electronics which are mostly Target rejects selling for more then they were selling for at Target. Goodwill is a horribly run non profit organization, they pay executives high salaries, and disabled workers prison wages to do manual labor like loading donations. I don't shop here or donate anything to Goodwill. There are other more worthy charities and far better thrift stores to shop at, so I stay away. read more

This Goodwill is great. The cycle of items is constantly moving while you shop. The staff here is friendly. The best part is that Target donates tons of overstock from art and appliances to dresses and beauty products! read more

This location is becoming completely absurd. They are selling things (sometimes literal trash) at ridiculous prices. I used to find good deals here, but it's definitely going downhill. I don't think I'll be returning to this location. read more

My favorite Goodwill location! Staff stays on top of sorting clothing so you find mostly regular sizes in the regular sizes sections, mostly plus sizes in plus, and mostly maternity in maternity. Staff are friendly and helpful, too. read more

I have been too many thrift stores in my life. I am a fan of them; you can find cool stuff and also stuff that makes you scratch your head. Some of the thrift stores are nasty and smelly. I have had very good luck with the Goodwill locations. This store was very well organized and none of the items had any strong "nasty" smells. I found 2 "ugly Christmas sweaters" for $1.50 a piece. I also found a Cardinals polo that had the original tags on it for $15. Give this place a try. read more

This Goodwill location had a surprisingly eclectic selection of music. I left very satisfied for the limited amount of money I spend here!

Bought a blender that was new in the box. When I plugged it in it didn't work. Tried to take it back but they would not accept it. Had my bank statement saying it was from this Harvester store and it had Goodwill stickers all over the box. No doubt where and when it was purchased. The lady at the cash register was rude and unflinching would not give store credit or refund. Be careful what you buy here since they are taking defective donations and turning a profit . Done wasting my money here! read more

Decent clothing selection at comparable prices to other thrift stores in the area. Any electronics are superbly overpriced though (2 to 3 times as high as you would pay on Amazon). read more
