The cleanest Goodwill I've ever visited. My granddaughter found a "beautiful dress" for dress up. She loves rummaging through the fancy dresses & shoes. Lots of Halloween costumes & ideas. Nice people here, especially the lady who worked the register. read more

It should be obvious that a stop at Goodwill in search of a specific purchase will be hit or miss. Put on your brave face and soldier through the random racks/shelves/loud kids running around This location was clean, the employees were friendly and swiftly stocking items out front from the back rooms. I came in search of a cheap lamp shade for an even cheaper (free) lamp I was gifted. I scored and found a 3.99 lamp shade that would have been 19.99+ at At Home. I also noticed that the ladies shoe aisles were abundant ! I know I know, most people would be 'ew' over used shoes. But there were barely worn designer brand shoes here!! I snagged a 3.99 pair of basically new Skechers and a 7.99 pair of leather zip up boots that will do just fine for work wear I won't expect to luck out every time read more

This Goodwill is the worst of all the greedy Goodwills. I'll cut to the chase. Picked up a pair of drum sticks. These were not taped together. Just marked with a 99¢ sticker on each stick. I figured 2 things. Either this was Goodwills way of saying they go together or this was Goodwills joke of selling them individually. I asked the cashier about the price and she said yes, the price should be for the pair. She then charged me for both as I later found out after checking my receipt. Upon returning the sticks, she flat out denied that in front of her manager and store manager. Her manager even said, yes, the sticks were priced separately cuz they may not have come in at the same time. WTF? The sticks were identical and clearly a pair. You can't play the drums with 1 stick... unless your Rick Allen (rock on Def Leppard!). This manager was so dumb. No wonder she's working at the Goodwill. Too stupid to work at Walmart. This is a problem the Goodwill has had for years. They price things that come in pairs individually... bookends, salt and pepper shakers, etc. And now drum sticks (that are clearly a pair). I did manage to get corporates phone number AND my cash back (not a gift card - I made that clear). Also, I've noticed some pricing has gone up, like on their board games. Used to be $1.99... now showing up to be $3.99. Hey Goodwill... you get this stuff for FREE! Could their pricing ways be the next big article for the Omaha World Herald?! This goodwill is beyond awesome! I've found a many of great deals every single time I'm in here. I find brands such as American Eagle, The Loft, Croft & Barrel, Banana Republic and that's just some of them! I've hardly come across any clothes that contain holes or stains on them. If I have, it's a once in a shirt kind of thing. I mean, this is a thrift store, so you can't expect every piece of clothing in here to be perfect. The rows of clothing are spread apart enough that two carts can actually fit through it! I've been to Goodwill's where that is not always the case. And trust me, you must need an aisle that big! The other half of the store is filled with furniture, kitchen supplies, books, and things you never knew you needed. Personally, this store is as good as a Goodwill gets. It's clean, the employees are nice, and you're at least able to find one good find before leaving the store. Don't be afraid to visit this store because I promise it's worth the while! read more

It's a Goodwill, so you go in with certain expectations...and this location didn't disappoint...I'm on the hunt for a bookcase, and the two they had weren't exactly what I was looking for, but they were both priced very favorably...Evidently their books and dvd's are very cheap...Seems I've been missing out on things lol...I don't know if I'd come all the way out to this location, but I'd certainly go to one closer to home...they're a good organization with some great deals it seems... read more

This place out of all the Goodwill's in town charges way to much unless it's really crappy looking or beat up. Lets take a pairs of shoes for example. If they have a decent looking pair or even newish looking pair they charge almost new prices on them. Funny since they get them for FREE. If you're looking for a good pair of used shoe's I would just go to eBay or another Goodwill. Prices are much cheaper and the choices are much more. The Goodwill up the street from this one on like 187th ish and Q has no good selection of shoes. I believe they bring all of their men's shoes down the street to this location to be tagged with overpriced tags. If I was you I would NOT donate to this location because it's way overpriced. I understand that Goodwill's help people secure jobs that normally would have a hard time getting and I love that part about them but they should also help the community who shops there who might not have a lot of money to throw around. read more

I love to shop at this store, but the manager at this location needs an attitude adjustment. I understand that management positions can be stressful and challenging, but a good manager would be able to communicate with an employee without bringing them to tears. I have witnessed this twice at this location and I have left both times feeling uncomfortable about the way the employees were treated. Today I was the one getting a face full of her attitude. I had been waiting with another customer for 10 minutes to look at items in a locked case. Both I and the other customer had the cashier call for assistance in the cases. When the manager finally came out of the back room she walked right past us and instructed customers to follow her to a register where she would check them out. When the other customer waiting with me asked once again if we could get assistance in the case the manager snapped at both of us telling us that she was way to busy to help us and we would have to wait or come back later. As if it is not enough that she treats her employees badly, it is inexcusable to treat customers in this manner. read more
