We were camping in our travel trailer up and down the coast and of all times to realize that I did not have a sweater in the camper! It was soooo cold and windy. I could not last all weekend without something to cover me up. I did not want to purchase a sweater when I have a million at home. I knew that if I found a Goodwill, I would find something. When we were parked at other campsites, we drove the truck to nearby locations, but no luck. This time we were pulling the camper and I saw the beautiful sign. GOODWILL I made my husband pull in thinking that I would have to jump out while he turned the camper around, quickly go in the store, then leave since we would not be able to park. Instead, look what I found! RV PARKING! Thank you, Goodwill! Wow! That was awesome. So, maybe all the stars just for that? Okay, not really, we went inside and they had all sorts of fun items and there it was, hanging on the rack...a thick, CUTE, sweater and it was actually a size above mine, but I did not care! This location has made the effort to improve in the past 12 months. The clothes are well sorted by size and color and in the right spots. That was not the case last year so praise to the staff. In addition, they have allocated another row to plus sizes so there is an entire row of 1x then another for 2x etc. in these aisles there are name brands like Kohls labels and Macys and Roamanns and Lane Bryant and even Coldwater Creek. This goodwill should acquire new management and staff. The employees (with the acceptation of a few) are so slow and unbearable to interact with. The manager Autumn has very poor management skills and everything there is falling apart. The employees should not be throwing tantrums in front of customers because come on, we're all adults here. I understand being frustrated or over stimulated but tantrums are for toddlers. When employees are having personal issues they tend to take it out negatively on customers causing people to not want to return due to being uncomfortable. The shopping experience isn't all that awful because the staff tend to not interact with customers which normally would be a problem but here i think it's better that way. read more

Had a horrible experience! Everything is SUPER overpriced. Clothing anywhere from $10-$20 for extremely USED items. The inventory is awful. I found a child toy for my cousin and didn't have a tag( usually flat price of 1.29) SHE WAS CHARGING ME $7!! It wasn't anything fancy or brand. She kept arguing with me and was SO rude!! I have to update my review...I come here as often as I can, usually whenever I end up going to Lincoln City, and I always find deals in this Goodwill! It deserves 5 stars! I was just in here last night, hit up the book section, and I found more travel guides than the last 3 or 4 second-hand book stores I have been to! And the prices...about 1.99 to 3.99 per book! Outstanding! I got one book that was originally priced at $30 for $2.99! Wow! They have a large selection of books also, which is great, you can actually browse through and find some treasures! Right now they also have holiday items everywhere, so if you need to stock up with Halloween decor, this is your place! Just as I was about to leave, I was browsing through the aisles, and found a super cool treasure...a shark sculpture! I was stoked! Price was very nice as well at $3.99. So yes, if you are feeling lucky, definitely stop in to the Goodwill in Lincoln City, you never know what you might find! I love it! read more

This is the cleanest goodwill that I've ever been in. It's also the most expensive. Good selection but no actual deals.

I love Goodwill stores and I try and visit them at least once a week. I collect vintage records and last weekend, I was so excited when I saw that they had a big stack to look through, then I saw the prices... WOW! WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! I am a reasonable man. I am knowledgeable about a few things in this world, and pricing old records is one of those things. This location has flagrantly raised prices on their records to an outrageous degree. If you are looking to get profiled and feel like your a criminal because you overshopped then this is the place for you. I have never been shopping and felt so guilty even though I was guilty of nothing. Trying on clothes was such a hassle because they only allow 6 items of clothing which they have to count and handle when you enter and exit the dressing room. It is a more expensive goodwill, but they do have some brand name items. Overall, if you want high end security while you are shopping or have someone help you try on your clothing... you might as well go to a high end clothing store. read more

For some reason this particular goodwill is over priced. If you go to other second hand stores it's second hand prices. Even goodwills further inland are cheaper. Anything in Lincoln city is ridulously over priced. Not in favor of the community. read more

It is kind of terrible how much I love thrift stores. But this one is pretty awesome! The toy section leaves something to be desired, but that is to be expected seeing as how most of Lincoln City residents are older than 18 and when kids are visiting, they aren't likely to donate. There wasn't a lot of kids shoes for the same reason. However of the small selection, I found 3 pairs of kids Sperrys if that tells you about the quality of the items. There were a lot of "like-new" things there, I found a few brand new pillows there, and some lovely sheet sets I got for the kids' twin beds, all seemingly new! The clothes didn't have that much of a variety, but I did enjoy it here. The housewares was fun to sort through as well. The lot is large enough for the business it was getting on a Saturday afternoon and while the line seemed daunting, they actually got through everyone quickly and that was wonderful! I picked up a like new medicine cabinet for $7 and a pillow for 5 that would have been $35 new! (I'm familiar with the brand) and it was in PERFECT condition. There were a lot of other things as well that were in great shape in the furniture and decor aisle. I've also come in here in a pinch for beach accessories when I have forgotten items, and they never disappoint! Definitely worth a stop if you're in Lincoln City! read more

I have been a frequent shopper at this Goodwill for several years. However, they must have someone new doing their pricing. Over the last year I have noticed how ridiculous their pricing on clothing has gotten. It used to be unusual to find a dress priced at $20, but now I see them all the time. Recently I am finding several dresses priced at $40, $60 and there was even one at $90. Their household goods prices seem more reasonable, however. This store needs to reassess their pricing and make it more realistic for someone wanting to buy a donated, pre-owned garment. I will say, however, the store is clean with a nice variety of merchandise, and the employees are very helpful and friendly. read more

Goodwill is a 30 minute drive from my house But it's definitely worth going to when they have items I need. A friend of mine went the night before and told me about an item I had been looking for, so I called so I could hold it while I was on my way. I got on the phone with someone and told her I was 30 minutes away and asked her if she could go look to see if they still have the item. She told me she would not go back and look and if they had it they wouldn't hold it for me anyways.... Now I'm not sure if they are allowed to hold but I have been to many other goodwills and they all have had way better service and have all been able to hold things for a hour.... read more

The service at the reg sucked today The old lady was so rude that I left my stuff there and left. They are just all about money there. The fact that there is no return policy on movies and games why sell damaged stuff. They are so damaged that better hope you can play a dvd or games some times. They don't work with you at all to make the customer experience. They will be lucky if I ever come back. read more
