There is so much to say about this place I don't even know where to begin. The store looks…read morehorrible and is a true mess. They put out junk that nobody wants. They trash things that are good instead of putting it on the floor. And the crap they buy from other retailers is a joke. Clothes being put out that has stains, holes, and rips. The management is a joke, lazy is what I would definitely say. Goodwill used to be fun and exciting but now everything gets put on there website that could be worth anything and the prices are absolutely ridiculous, they are making a fortune from your donations. They are a very Greedy company and honestly I would rather donate to Salvation Army or put stuff in Blessing Box at least they are not making money from your stuff and it really does help people unlike Goodwill. And honestly are making a killing from your donations and the prices are ridiculous. And honestly the staff isn't very friendly. I have been there and could hear them goofing off in the back instead of helping customers or working. Lol it's truly a joke.

I do find some nice things here, but recently I've noticed that they are pricing mall brands like…read moreTorrid or Loft 3-4 times more than other brands. No one is going to Goodwill and wanting to spend $20+ on jeans. Also, they've started putting solid white tags on more expensive brands as well, so they will never be eligible for the 50% off "color of the week" tag sale. It's really sad that Goodwill is this greedy, when they literally get all of their merchandise for FREE from donations. And even worse, when the items don't sell, because they're too pricey - they'll just end up in a landfill.

And while there was a lot inside, it was a very confusing building. There seems to be a garage for car repairs in one section, and the employees just glared at us when we walked in there. We couldn't find our way around most of the rooms due to the disorganization. The items here are all very expensive as well and definitely well used (implied from the name), but I believe the past usage should factor a bit into the price. I felt uncomfortable the whole trip as the employees seemed like they didn't want us there. It was also very dark in there, and one light kept flickering and hurt my head.
