This Goodwill is a donation center any small boutique. It is located in the shopping center next to McDonald's right before Taco Bell. I was greeted at the door and complemented on the way out. I'm so glad I found it. read more

Was very easy to drop off they were all friendly and courteous. Be sure to call ahead so they know your coming and can be ready to help you at drop off .When calling they will inform you if their talking donations or not so you don't waste your time beforehand. read more

Are you donating your clothing or furnishings. Stay away from Goodwill. I have gone their several times and will never be so insulted again. We have tried to donate a number of times and if they are busy we get turned away. This time we dropped off 3 boxes of clothing and asked to take our boxes. They said we could but would have to walk to the front of the store. We were charged 2.99 for the boxes. read more

This is mostly just a donation center but they sell books too. Decent small selection, all in good condition. I let all three of my kids pick out a book and it was only $2 for all three. Two of them looked brand new! read more

Riverside location, the worst. Pulled up to drop off some items and the guy say "what do you want"? I said we have some things to drop off. He yells "we're closed" and this was during regular hours. Took it over to Salvation Army and they couldn't have nicer. read more

This store is primarily a book store and as such is pretty good. The prices are not rock bottom library book sale prices, but this is actually pretty competitive, selection-wise, in the tiny bookstore market. I never walk out empty handed. They are carrying a few high quality non-book items now which makes this place one I go back to regularly. read more

We had a huge yard sale with many antiques and kitchen items due to the passing of my dad and my mother in law. I scheduled a pick up with The Salvation Army and of course it rained the day before pickup. I did cover everything with a tarp but with the person came out with a huge truck he refused everything because it was wet. He was rude to my mom and I was pissed. Of course everything dried off, we loaded what we could and took it to The Goodwill drop off place. The gentleman working was engaged in a conversation with the elderly woman in front of us. He was so patient and kind to her. Immediately I was impressed. He helped unload our stuff. He was so very, very nice. Never again will I donate or shop Salvation Army. The Goodwill obviously is just that. GOOD WILL! read more

Went in today, the employee was very rude in telling me I couldn't donate my blinds and no she didn't know where I could. I understand if you don't accept something but you don't have to be rude about it. read more

I had a great experience, staff friendly and I was able to drop off my donations and be on way quickly. The location is convenient for me, but is not easily seen as you drive through the Mission Grove shopping center. I passed by it once and circled back and noticed the small sign out at curb.
