We all have something to give, and if only time is what you've got, so be it. You will likely leave tired, but having felt received more than you could ever give. Got muscle? Got faith? Got time? Got skills? Got steadfastness? Go! Don't get me wrong, it's hard work, but you're sowing good seeds here. They could use your help, and honestly, you could use theirs. Reached out to them in desperation as I was living in my car and they reached out next morning asap eager to provide any assistance they could. I had been calling 20-30 homeless shelters and organizations a day trying to seek immediate shelter, and this ranch is the only place that stepped up to take me in . The owners are generous beyond words, just unconditional love and support every step of the way. Their cause is noble, their hearts are boundless, and they truly live by example. Could gush over them for days for all the help they've given me. Amazing housing accommodations- literally fully stocked cottage with the most tasteful decor and well thought out necessities already provided. If something wasn't there, they were eager to provide it asap. The farm is just adorable; all the animals are well taken care of and are such a pleasure to visit. It's quiet, comfortable, peaceful, and you can tell how much care was poured into putting these places together. Just all the little touches they've added. There's a full-sized oven/stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, washer and dryer provided, a place to shower, storage embedded for me to squirrel away belongings as needed, too lol. Roku TV was installed in my current unit today. Free and good Wi-Fi. Keurig for coffee. Even a water purifier! O_O Seriously what homeless shelter does that?? None. None I tell you. I've been there, lived in a shelter for 6 months, and this ranch blows every other place out of the water. The housing are basically like hotel rooms with 2 queen beds and bathroom. You have to clean up after yourself while you stay there. They have communal living rooms and play spaces for the children, a big courtyard, splash pad, communal dining room and kitchen. They also provide 3 meals a day. I am very thankful for all the volunteers and workers there.

Providing meals and lodging for families going thru difficult and often finically crippling medical issues. It is a drop off/donation center, so it makes sense! But omg! I am so glad I did that day! I have since been back many times, especially on Wednesday because all the clothes and bags are half off! As for the staff, everyone is always so happy and kind! I can go in and walk around for hours, having individual convos with each employee! It is the best, truly, and makes the experience 10x better! Finally, the clothes! Like I said, Wed is the best day because everything is half off! I have found some amazing pieces! Some of which are name brand for very low prices! Like high enough that many things you can get on a sale rack, brand new. Also, they had a sales rack outside but then didn't want to honor the price. Another employee had to step in and say, "Yes, this is from the sales rack." The store is set up nice. It is easy to find great items, if you're willing to pay those prices.

Piling, stretched out collars, no deals here. Other items were on discount too, but the items were department store clearance at a small discount. Won't be back. I bought a kitchen table and set of six chairs. They didn't exactely tell me what kind of situation I signed myself in for. First off I bought the set on Saturday night. They told me I have 3 days to pick it up. They're closed Sunday. NP. I picked up a set of chairs that same day. I came back Monday. It was pouring rain. I picked up a second set. The person handling shipping out told me they close out at 5:30p at ship out area. I came back late for my third set of chairs because of heavy traffic. I got an attitude from employer because I was late. The Table was a different situation. I had to ask for an extention since I needed help getting an uhaul. I called and explained situation on Tuesday. I was told manager would call me back. No call. I called on Wednesday and talked with manager. Explained I was having problems getting a truck because people flaked on me. She said she was surprised it's still in back area. Anyways, she extended it til Thursday. All awhile I'm stressed because I'm thinking they will just take table or it will get damaged which BTW a chair leg was cracked and I checked all the chairs before purchasing. I came with uhaul Thursday. I explained chair situation to manager. She was empathetic but when I purchased things later she said sorry about chair. I said things happen. She said not really. Anyways, I give the place average for thrift pricing. Employee attitudes below average. I was beyond stressed dealing with furniture so if you can't pick up furniture same day, don't bother since it's not guaranteed to stay intact once you purchase and there's no money back guarantee on anything. As far as me? I'm pretty easy going so as far as fault, I thing the only fault I had was being impulsive in buying the set to begin with.
