Let me say, what a disappointment in service and value. What I expected to see when I went to funeral was NOT what was there. I paid $260 cash and I saw this 18" inch wreath of daisies- could not see any greenery. I called immediately after funeral with my concerns and was told that I would receive a call back to discuss. I did NOT get a call back, and while i did reached back out to shop (co-owner) and reiterated my disappointment; she explained to me that they thought in their opinion "it was beautiful" in her opinion, and explained they also put an addition ($50) into the wreath described above. NO WAY!! PLEASE, BUYERS-BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Due to promptness of service, the flowers were delivered as requested--a week early. When I discovered my mistake, I reached out to the customer service and shared my error. I asked if there was any way to preserve the flowers for a week. The owner followed up and graciously picked up the flowers and offered to remake and deliver in the correct date. The owner did not have to do anything. They fulfilled their end and did it well. However, they went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. In a day when supplies and staff are limited, it is rare for an organization to even fulfill requests, never mind going above and beyond. I appreciate Patrice (the owner) "seeing" the customer and the need and responding like a human. Greensmith Floral has a customer for life. We ordered three items for a family funeral and we were dissatisfied with all three. The two succulents were meager yet cost over $50. The looked like $20 versions. In addition, the container color requested, white, turned out to be an ugly green and the additional fresh flowers were missing. Nothing like the pictures on the webpage. And the peace lily was not even opened. We will no longer do business with this florists ever again.
