I woke up one day and I could not stand or walk I was in severe pain and So I went to the emergency room and did some blood tests and x-rays after seven hours I was sent home with no answers. I decided To get a second opinion and I want to Dr CK Yeung. Dr CK Yeung did a diagnosis on me and within minutes he knew that I had severe gout and arthritis at the same time it was extremely Inflamed they look like my bones are broken. I am glad that Dr CK Yueng was able to diligently find a solution. And I didn't have to wait seven hours. And I don't know any other doctor that is still working at midnight! So Dr CK Yueng I thank you for Relieving me of my pain!!! Your doing a great job!

Awful customer service, and I've never felt so unappreciated and disrespected at an establishment before. First off, I don't even know the doctor's name because she didn't introduce herself. The female doctor did not seem to care at all, and there is clearly no protocol or process for their business. I called a week prior to book a specific appointment, where I was then told that it was confirmed with the female doctor. When I went in the Doctor refused to do the one thing I came in for. Why? Because simply, she just didn't want to. HUGE inconvenience, and most annoying of all there was no acknowledgment of the problem or suggested solution by management. The clinic was completely EMPTY and they refused to do a freaking bare minimum check up. Absolute garbage service. I told the doctor a brief history and all the questions I had for her seemed to be brushed off. She gave no insight into the different issues I was having and offered no support for finding out further information. The one thing I did leave with though is an $80 prescription for a face cream I don't need. I originally asked for a recommendation to a dermatologist, but of course she didnt listen and didn't even give me that. She just printed it out and walked me over to the pharmacy to purchase the cream (which by the way didn't even exist, so she had to readjust the prescription) and then literally just LEFT!!! Cause she doesn't give a shit The manager tried to be accommodating. Key word is tried. He could not solve the issue and on top of that did not try and apologize for the rudeness of his Doctor. When I explained my situation, he told me that he couldn't understand me. ????? Like ok thanks I'll just leave then. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! TL;DR - The manager doesn't have an established protocol with the doctors - Female doctor doesn't care - Reading WebMD results would've made me more comfortable

Dr adams didn't charge me for a referral and when I asked for another her office manager threatened to go back a charge me for the one from three months ago that was their error. They would also rather go back and forth on the phone with the patient and the doctor over weeks vs. letting the patient talk to her. When I asked to make an appointment to come in to talk to the doctor about the referal the office manager said that she refused to make an appointment for me to talk to her because dr adams told her to her to deal with me. Office manager needs to go and they need to be consistent in their policies.

But he did not and mixed all the shots and told me he cannot take those shots back because he mixed them already. They ended up chafing me close to 1000. The doctor also said that these vaccine are covered by drug plan. I called my drug plan next day, they said none of these are covered. Very dishonest practice and they are very reluctant to let you know the price. Be careful.

A few years has elapsed since I wrote my review. It's time for an update. I'm knocking it down a…read morestar in light of my recent couple of interactions and more. Before the pandemic, the length of time waiting to see the doctor grew longer. I am a pretty patient person. However, spending two hours, on average, waiting to see Dr Logan is excessive. My record is three hours waiting. There were times where I would bring my laptop and do work to kill time. When the TV was on, I'd watch the latest news on CP 24 instead. One of the benefits of being in a pandemic is that seeing the doctor at the clinic is determined by case. I am fortunate that all my appointments have been over the phone. My beef is with getting blood work. I realize that this procedure is rather new during this pandemic, but it needs improvement. When I spoke to Dr. Logan in August, she penciled me in for a noon appointment on Saturday. She said that I should wait in my car and someone would call me. I am a highly punctual person who follows procedures well. I got there well before noon. I waited. I waited some more. No phone call. I finally called. I got a response from a woman there who, in a mildly negative tone, said that my appointment was actually 11:45 am. That's not the time that was stated. I remember numbers and times well. I also didn't get a call on my cell. It was not a good start. Anyway, after all that was sorted out, I was asked to come up the stairs and someone would fetch me. It happened and I was able to get my blood work done. Things were safe and all went well. I had a follow-up phone appointment with Dr Logan for the afternoon. I didn't get a call all day. I called the following day and stated that no one called me. I got a response that the doctor was busy. Really? I hate to break the news, but patients also lead busy lives. Dr Logan called me back and said that she had to hit a bank. I know that bank hours suck. However, I explained that simply having either her office or her personally calling patients like me back to explain a delay would have been a nice gesture. Our time is important, too. It is sad that I had to explain common courtesy. She seemed to agree and it hasn't happened since, which is good. What annoyed me was my recent appointment to get my blood work done. I booked an appointment and parked my car in the lot. I called. I was told to come up. I did, but no one came to fetch me. Apparently, it was safe to walk into the side door to the lab. How would I know if it's safe? The lab technician took a look at my Ontario health card. She said that it's expired and that I should get it renewed. Um, no. Expired cards are valid during this pandemic. She insisted that it was safe to go to ServiceOntario to get it fixed, as one of her daughters did it. She was concerned that there would be billing issues. As a patient, I don't care about billing issues. I am resourceful when it comes to renewals. The official Ontario health site says that I would be contacted when it's safe to get my card renewed and to avoid visiting ServiceOntario. I would expect that a health clinic should be informed about such details, instead of providing inaccurate information. Dishing out inaccurate details tend to cause more anxiety than necessary. I felt like this clinic is far more concerned about payment and avoiding billing issues than my health. She actually told me to contact the Ministry of Health. How about looking in the mirror and taking your own advice? After my blood work, I called ServiceOntario while heading to fetch some breakfast (I had been fasting) and spoke to two different people -- one from health and one from transportation. I have the trifecta of items that have expired: health card, driver's licence, and licence plate sticker. I read up that they are all honoured during this pandemic until further notice. Both folks indicated that this information is indeed correct. The woman on the health side said that she would forward a letter to my doctor's office that expired health cards are honoured. She also sent me this letter, which I can show to the lab technician the next time I'm there. I shouldn't have to, but it was nice to get that validation. Procedures and accurate information need to be dispersed within this clinic. As a patient, I should not be the one to waste my time having my knowledge about expired health cards validated by ServiceOntario. Health staff should know better. My employer has recently set up a tele-health agreement with a health provider. I may give it a try and see if that would be a decent alternative. I do like my doctor, which is the main reason why I return. However, the issues that I have outlined are putting a damper on my experience as a patient seeking quality health care and being given accurate information. (457)

Their services has been continuously deteriorating and their wait times are absolutely horrendous. I booked an appointment at 2:30pm, and i was still stuck in the waiting room at 3:40pm. I went up to the receptionist whom I believe is a coop student to ask about this unnecessary wait but even this student seemed helplessly confused. I was informed that there was still 4 patients ahead of me, waiting to be attended to despite the fact that I have been waiting for over an hour with an appointment I've book a week ago. To conclude, I can say that I am probably never going to return and now I need to find another family doctor so I can finally breathe properly due to my serious asthma condition.
