The manager of the store, who I was told was a male, never bothered to return my call so I am truly appreciative of the time Wendy took to respond and for Dalton remaining respectful of my concerns. ********** I'll start by saying I have shopped at tractor supply for years even though I could find things cheaper online. On 3/5 I bought a new pair of trail boots. I tried the left one on in the store and it fit great. Flash forward to wearing them both for the first time. As with any boots you have to break them in however this right boot has a hard area that not only bruised my ankle but rubbed it raw. I get my receipts via email but couldn't find it in my email however the date of purchase and order number shows in my tractor supply account. I went to return the boots and first they said they couldn't find the purchase looking up my phone number. Then they said they can't accept it because they have been worn. Well obviously I had to wear them to see they are clearly defective. I would have been fine with even just a discounted store credit. Per there policy within 30 days it says worn shoes can be refunded through manufacturer warranty. I was told "maybe I can try selling them on Facebook". Yes I'm sure someone else wants boots that are defective. I will be reaching out to corporate over this treatment and I will not be shopping at Navarre Tractor supply ever again.
