I was given a refund and truly appreciate her level of professionalism. I also would like to give kudos to Dalton who put up with my calls to the store requesting to speak with upper management. The manager of the store, who I was told was a male, never bothered to return my call so I am truly appreciative of the time Wendy took to respond and for Dalton remaining respectful of my concerns. ********** I'll start by saying I have shopped at tractor supply for years even though I could find things cheaper online. On 3/5 I bought a new pair of trail boots. I tried the left one on in the store and it fit great. Flash forward to wearing them both for the first time. As with any boots you have to break them in however this right boot has a hard area that not only bruised my ankle but rubbed it raw. I get my receipts via email but couldn't find it in my email however the date of purchase and order number shows in my tractor supply account. I went to return the boots and first they said they couldn't find the purchase looking up my phone number. Then they said they can't accept it because they have been worn. Well obviously I had to wear them to see they are clearly defective. I would have been fine with even just a discounted store credit. Per there policy within 30 days it says worn shoes can be refunded through manufacturer warranty. I was told "maybe I can try selling them on Facebook". Yes I'm sure someone else wants boots that are defective. I will be reaching out to corporate over this treatment and I will not be shopping at Navarre Tractor supply ever again.

My wife had the smash burger, and it was amazing. my only complaint was they were busy the place needed someone to help greeting people coming in. We witnessed people coming in and standing and not getting noticed and one couple left after 10 mins waiting to be addressed. This place is something! We were blueberry picking at their far more rugged, middle of the woods…read morelocation called the tree farm and they suggested we stop here if we'd never been. Being a gardener I couldn't resist being it was 4 miles away. Needless to say, I was impressed. They had a wonderful selection of plants, flowering and none, as well as tropical. Plenty to make your garden colorful like the classics: azaleas, hydrangeas, roses etc. and the fragrant with two types of jasmine as well as gardenia. They've got grasses, pots, stones, stepping stones, gifts, fountains, potting soil and even carnivorous plants! Huge ones. I didn't even get into the greenhouse to meander because I found what I was after on my initial stop. The staff were helpful. And we went to the cafe onsite too after collecting our plants. We had iced lattes in the small little cafe and it was cozy and so relaxing in the heat to sip our lattes. They also offer gelato. Perfect if you have kiddos on your shopping adventure. I enjoyed this place quite a lot and expect I'll be back as I grow my garden.
