I recently noticed a area in my yard was not getting proper watering and went out to look at it so…read more looking at it, I had noticed they poured concrete for the Post to hold the gate and it was up against the sprinkler head, so I was able to remove two chunks that were up against the sprinkler head and then turned the irrigation on and it was not rotating properly so I called them up to take care of it for me ( to clean up the concrete that they poured right next to the sprinkler head and fix it ) So a guy came out, took a look at it took pictures made notes and said he would get back with me. Never heard back from them for 10 days. So I called.them back to find out what was going on, and the secretary would give them a note to call me back The guy that came out that looked at the problem called me back and he said the owner Scott ( which is on the beach Boulevard location) it was out of warranty. What a crock! The stuff was there the day they left ! I had spent a good amount of money with them ( also had them do another project In that time frame ) and yet Scott couldn't fix a problem for me being it was out of warranty when I caught the problem wow! That is poor customer service I work in the trade industry-as well, but not what they do, but I know what I do for a living demands quality and customer service are the most important thing for what I do. Would not recommend them and won't ever do business with them ever again !

I ended up paying almost double to have a good company come to complete this job. If you hire him for any reason you are the opposite of "smart".

Teluride arrived on time, was professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing. I myself do not have photos off the service preformed as it was just an assessment. I will update if our rental company approves recommendations Lauren has provided. They seem to be a one stop shop company, and with how Lauren spoke of working for UWRG and my interest in all these things I would consider working for them myself.
