Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Not only was he awesome, but both of the folks in the office who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful as well. So, while I can't speak to the services themselves, I feel I can strongly recommend the Clean Air Co. based on my interactions with three different employees, who were all the kind of people I'd want working for me. I remembered how kind and enthusiastic Crystal was at The Clean Air Co the first time I spoke to her and decided to have them provide the service. Carole helped me when I called to make an appointment and I had the same great service, quick response and excellent communication. I was happy to know Crystal was still with the company too. Ken and Jacques were right on time. They were friendly, efficient, professional, thorough and very thoughtful about being careful in my house! Awful communication. Dropped couch cushions off to be cleaned and they said 1-2 weeks. It then took another two weeks for them to finally give them back. When we received the cushions back they were dropped off on our porch with no warning. The tech was prompt, courteous, and provided a good quote. We decided to go ahead and booked the cleaning appointment over the phone a few hours after the visit. I was told we were on the books, and would get a call the day before to nail down a specific time. Unfortunately, it took 4 phone calls to get ahold of someone. On the first call, Monique hung up on me. On the second call, she told me I should receive a call, text, and email from dispatch between the hours of 4pm and 5pm. This call took place at 4:45. I was never contacted by dispatch. I called again after 5 and got another worker who said she would take my information and have them call me in the morning. The morning of the cleaning, I called again since I hadn't heard anything still. I spoke with Monique again, who said she would reach out to the tech and management to call me, but that my appointment was on the books for that morning. About half an hour later, I got a call from management, who told me that they had me on the books for a different day. I told her that was unacceptable, as it was not the day we originally agreed on, and I had taken off work to be able to be home for this appointment. I told her also that Monique had told me I was on the books for that morning. The manager told me that Monique was not able to see any of that information, yet Monique was able to look at my appointment and address...I'm not sure which one was lying to me, but I don't appreciate being lied to by a business. The manager I spoke said she would check with the tech to see if he could squeeze me in today, and made it seem like she was doing me a favor. Eventually, I got a call from the tech that he would be coming in 30 minutes. The tech was prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job. I asked about the appointment time mix up and if they were really busy trying to squeeze me in, and he said my appointment was the only one he had today. The work done and cost of service are worthy of 5 stars, but I have to knock down the rating due to the poor communication, poor customer service, poor scheduling, and dishonesty about the appointment time.

I noticed the air was fresher, and, of all, the persistent musty smell was gone from the powder room, which we initially thought was a P-trap we had already serviced (by a plumber). I also had him clean my dryer vent, and he came back to clean a couple of fabric chairs, which looked great afterward. Best of all, his prices were fair and even a bit lower than those of other companies. Use any or all of his services, and you will be completely satisfied!

Nashville Solutions answered my call yesterday afternoon and were here today, promptly at noon. Demetric did an awesome job and was super nice. The price was less than I expected and the AC is already running great. He vacuumed up the water overflow in the drip pan, cleared the pipe running outside that a previous owner had caulked over, and then cleaned the unit and topped off the freon. I will definitely be using this business again and would recommend them.
