Goodfellas is exactly what Loudon needed. The pizza is legit - great crust, good sauce, and plenty of toppings. The staff is friendly, prices are fair, and my order came out hot and fast. This is my new go-to spot for pizza in Loudon. Great clean restaurant with unlimited growth potential.

Excellent pizza! Lots of toppings and nice thin crust! Prices are very good and you certainly get your money's worth. Outdoor seating in a pretty downtown setting.

OVER RATED..... Don't arrive too hungry, you've gotta be ready to stand in a LONG line to get to…read morewhere the food is actually served. While you wait in the line, often much of the food becomes "sold out!" so definitely don't get your heart set on anything special you may want to order. I often want just a baked potato without any meat on it (just a simple baked potato) - but the youngsters running the place can't seem to sell me one without the meat! It's very frustrating honestly. Since I can't get my potato, I just order the mixed berry cobbler, which is outstanding but always fearful that it's not sold out by the time I get to the front of the line. The best thing about Smokin F BBQ is the ambiance of the live entertainment with both inside/outside seating, the longhorn cattle and the petting zoo.

Just have to say this as our friends that took us suggested we bring our boots. You just never know in July in TN! The young man that greeted us was very nice. It cost $2 per person to cover the guy singing and any soft drinks you want to drink. Coca-cola products! Got to love it! Anything else is BYOB. We got in line and figured out what we wanted to order after chatting with the couple in front of us and our friends. The young ladies at the serving "bar" explained the whole process. It's was all so good. Just need to go back to try everything else! One of the owners told my husband he liked his Detroit Red Wing's shirt! I thought they were from Texas but we will welcome more Red Wings fans! Honestly, you can't go wrong with any thing on their menu! Looking forward to our next dinner here!

We are in town visiting family. We stopped at this restaurant for lunch, as it's close to our hotel…read moreand had decent reviews. We live in Missouri, where we have both St. Louis and Kansas City BBQ. We love BBQ. The server was polite and checked on us a few times. 1) plate one was beef brisket, potato salad and slaw. The slaw tastes like any ole slaw you'd buy at the grocery store. It was good but nothing special. The potato salad wasn't bad but it didn't have very much flavor. Basically tasted like boiled potatoes and mayo. The brisket was probably 70% fat. Each slice was over half fat. Even the pieces that looked like meat, had the texture and taste of fat. The picture that looks like a full plate, that was after I finished eating. I couldn't punish myself anymore than that. I posted a picture of the empty plate (we boxed up the leftovers to give to my mom's chickens) to show how much fat/grease was leftover. The other pictures show dry plates but that wasn't the case for me. 2) plate two (not pictured as it wasn't my meal) was half a rack of ribs, green beans and French fries. The ribs were tough and lacking in flavor. We are used to fall off the bone ribs. The kind where you can pull a rib and it comes out of the meat clean. We had to use a knife and fork to cut the ribs and then chew on them for what felt like forever. They also came out lukewarm and were cold by the third rib. The green beans also lacked flavor and left quite a bit of fat/grease/butter in the bowl after. The fries were also not seasoned at all. TLDR: nothing was seasoned, the food was lukewarm at best and there was enough fat/grease to clog the arteries of even the healthiest person.

I've been twice now and have had the St. Louis Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, brisket, and pulled chicken. The ribs had no flavor, had pieces of gristle or cartilage in the meat, and had a boiled taste. We asked the server if they seasoned the meat and she was surprised that we didn't taste anything. The chicken was better. Dry of course but had that clear smoky flavor I was hoping everything would have. The brisket was probably the worst brisket I've ever had. While it looked okay, it was bland and flavorless and was totally dry while at the same time pooling in grease (or the water it must have been boiled in). See photo. The sides were all fine. Fried okra, Mac and cheese, and slaw. And I loved the table side barbecue sauce! But even a bath of that couldn't save the meat. I really want to return to support the staff at Smok N Bonz, but I just can't keep going to a barbecue place where I can't eat the meat.

There are also stalls on the back side of the building. There is one ordering sign between each pair of stalls, so you make sure you are on the correct side if you do not have passenger. The menu is pretty extensive. There are several burger options along with hot dogs and chicken sandwiches. The prices are very good, especially for the baskets which include fries. Oh, and they only take cash so make sure you stop at the ATM before you drop by. When you are ready to order, push the green button. The server answered immediately and read back out order afterwards. Our food came out in about ten minutes. It was served in a bag with lots of ketchup packets as well as some salt packets. There was only one carhop and she was quite busy but greeted us with a smile and made sure we had all we needed. Unfortunately, both burgers were average at best. The double cheeseburger had two thin meat patties which had little to no taste. The veggies were fresh and crisp and the bun was fresh and soft, but the meat simply did not add anything to the sandwich. The Carl's Fat burger was no different. The meat patty was thicker but really did not have much taste. The curly fries and regular fries were pretty good. Both were hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. While they were certainly busy and seem to have a large local following, the burgers were a disappointment. This would be a place to stop for fries, and the milkshakes sounded delicious.
