I posted a picture of the empty plate (we boxed up the leftovers to give to my mom's chickens) to show how much fat/grease was leftover. The other pictures show dry plates but that wasn't the case for me. 2) plate two (not pictured as it wasn't my meal) was half a rack of ribs, green beans and French fries. The ribs were tough and lacking in flavor. We are used to fall off the bone ribs. The kind where you can pull a rib and it comes out of the meat clean. We had to use a knife and fork to cut the ribs and then chew on them for what felt like forever. They also came out lukewarm and were cold by the third rib. The green beans also lacked flavor and left quite a bit of fat/grease/butter in the bowl after. The fries were also not seasoned at all. TLDR: nothing was seasoned, the food was lukewarm at best and there was enough fat/grease to clog the arteries of even the healthiest person.

Dry of course but had that clear smoky flavor I was hoping everything would have. The brisket was probably the worst brisket I've ever had.
