Being new to the Slidell area, I was looking for the best of the best barbershops around town. It took two previous barbershop to finally hit the nail on the head and I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and the layout of the barbershop is set up pretty well. I was hoping when I walked into this shop that there would be a barber that would cut my hair just the way I like it and I was spot on with finding the right barber. Wes did a hell of a job on my hair and I am most certainly going back! Again and again, I leave this barbershop satisfied with my haircut. This visit Bruce cut my hair. He asked what kind of cut I wanted and I told him a fade starting with skin at the bottom, roughly 1/2 - 1 inch above the ear and fade into the top. He did exactly that, an artist with the clippers. I had no lines, a smooth fade. These guys are professionals, the establishment is great. Stop in and give them a shot at making you look great, you won't be disappointed. I have to say, this is the nicest, cleanest, best barbershop ever!! From the quality work of the barbers down to the decor and the interesting little fish in Joey's amazing fish tank. It's all about quality...not quantity. These guys take their time on each cut and focus on each client to make sure they are completely happy. The barbers have great teamwork and they all learn from each other. Jonathan, Joey, Corey, and Uncle Bruce, you guys are all awesome!!! Keep up the good work! Local flavor barbershop at its best. Not just best in Slidell. These guys are good. Joey is the creative force and probably the best all around. Jonathan is a master of the new style and creates arguably the best fade you can get anywhere. While there is some variation between all the barbers it is slight and nothing like you experience other places. They all support each other and are constantly improving their skills and repertoire. The most important thing about the place is it's comfortable. Though they are without peers in the quality they turn out, and have been known to need appointments, there isn't that pretentious feel when you just walk in the door. They take care of you whether you are one of their scores of regulars or just trying them out for the first time. They are proud of their quality. Even if you go once then decide to get $7 haircuts at a beauty school from then on out, they want you to leave with a good looking head that acts like a billboard for them. read more

I have been there 4 or 5 times before. This last time I got Lisa that is new there and she did a fantastic job on my haircut. She was very fast and they are covid 19 compliant. Its the best haircut I have ever had here. I would recommend the barbershop in general but this young lady did an amazing job on my hair. read more

My first visit here was good enough to give it another try. However, on my second visit, Mike gave me the worst haircut that I've ever had. He was nervous from the start, ignored my instructions, and shaved one side way too short. I don't know if the other stylists are any better but, because of this experience, my family, friends, and I will never visit Goodfellas again. read more

First visit turned out very good. Long wait but was worth it. I must say it was the best haircut I have had in a while. Gave a good tip. 2nd visit with same barber was no good. Same long wait but this time the haircut was rushed and the left side was off bad. I was unable to see it was off until after I got home. Very disappointed.
