Melissa gave me a great shave and haircut. I left looking much better than when I came into the shop.

Best barber shop in town! Clean, friendly staff with a traditional barbershop vibe. Straight razor fades, beard trims, facials, shampoos. This place has it all read more

My brother was in town and stopped by this shop for the first time. A young man by the name of Cody gave him a cut. He said Cody was very nice and professional. Great work too! He will be back for another cut! read more

Pancho listened to my 16-yr-old son and took the time to fix a bad haircut. This was our first try--had to pay for an adult haircut when booking the appt online, but we will definitely come back for more. read more

Absolutely the best haircut experience ever, and at 66, I've had a few. Melisa was prompt, friendly and professional. I've already scheduled my next appointment! read more

The barber didn't listen to what I asked. I requested 2 or 3 inches off the top and to clean the sides up. She cut way more off the top than I asked to be cut and did nothing to the sides other than trim around the ears. She popped of about 6 inches from the top. I got a basic Cost Cutters trim for the price of a quality barber. Also, I was disappointed when I got there. The Yelp ad claims it is a clean, safe environment and the main picture is a kid in a mask. When I walked in with a mask, the one barber didn't ask if I would like her to wear one and never put one on. Every other staff members wore masks while around customers without prompting. I get that not every customer is going to want to protect others, but the staff should be doing so. read more

I miss my salon barber in California but since moving to Chattanooga, I've come to Goodfellas more often than anywhere else so far. I have been getting my haircuts by Melisa. We've gotten into a good groove after about the third time in her chair. I think I'll settle in for the long haul with her. read more

My husband has been going here for years and he always looks great after his cuts. Melisa does amazing fades! I started going after a local salon ruined my cut and color. I am grateful for the precise and even cuts that I have been consistently getting here as I grow my hair back out! read more

Pancho is my favorite favorite barber, he knows my style and gets it right every time. The shop itself has nice decor and has an open and inviting atmosphere. All the other staff members are nice and friendly. Highly recommend this place. read more

I just moved here from the Pacific Northwest / Portland Oregon area which is loaded with hipster barbershops ...Chattanooga not so much. After four tries at various shops I was seriously contemplating shaving the beard off. Thankfully I found Goodfellas before I did anything rash. Clinton did a great job he's a craftsman you can trust him. read more

Was in town for a short period of time, but really needed a hair cut. Michelle stayed late just to take care of me. Great place with AWESOME barbers!!! Would definitely recommend this place!!! read more

This place is ok , there's only a very few good barbers and not worth the price . The barbers are not really social with their clients making the vibe really awkward . Will not be coming back. read more

Says right on here walk ins welcome, not true! Make an appointment. What a waste of my time.

My husband went and got a haircut. He looks great! Be sure to go on their website to book an appointment. Very comfortable atmosphere and very professional place! read more

Stopped in after a quick search of Barbers in the area, and trusted the reviews of others. I was sure glad I did as this place has a great vibe mixing reclaimed materials with barber trophies of the past displayed on the walls. Melissa cut my hair and was very very friendly. Being from out of town, you'll pick up on the regulars that come in and know the whole barber crew, something that reassures you that you're in the right place. Good luck with that sleeve Melissa! read more

Nice environment and Clinton was cool, however not the best place to get a haircut for black men. Overpriced and you can get a haircut better and cheaper than $32.00. read more

I was new to Chattanooga and found GoodFellas through Instagram. I have been driving 2hrs for the past year to get my haircut back in Nashville because I was unable to find a shop to meet my satisfaction. I am grateful to find Kay and Clinton. It is rare to find such talent with chairs only a few feet apart. They have both cut my hair and both do a fabulous job - so much so, I am comfortable picking "first available" every time. I encourage you to give it a shot, especially if you have not found clean lines and fresh fades in this area. It is truly an enjoyable experience at a diverse shop. I always appreciate the conversation - it is a breath for fresh air for a city like Chattanooga. read more

I'm very picky about my hair cuts but I'd like to say Clinton always gets it right. If he's not available let Kay do it she's great as well.

Best place in Chattanooga to come for a cut. Clinton is great and I like the atmosphere. Great prices, too. Full service shop.

I Honestly don't know why people give this place such bad reviews. . . BUT AS FOR ME. . . Great service, Great environment, GREAT people, and overall a great place to relax and know the barbers got your backs. (or hair should i say. . .) Keep it up Clinton! read more

Clinton is hands down the best barber in Chattanooga. Tight fades and a clean new shop. If he's booked, Ms. Kay can cut too. Highly recommend stopping in and getting cleaned up. read more
