When my travel got delayed coming home, they were incredibly kind and even drove him back to my house and let him inside so he could be there waiting for me after my long trip. My cat had to be immediately hospitalized after picking her up on 10/4/25 until 10/10/25 due to severe dehydration, loss of over 20% of her body weight and kidney failure (no history of kidney issues). The owner and staff are highly unprofessional and did not pay for any of my cat's medical bills, even though the manager said they would. The manager stated my cat was "locked up" the entire stay and said she was sorry. Tailwaggers falsely advertised that they have highly trained staffed, a "dietician" on staff and that a topical medication to my cat's ear would be applied. My cat suffered horribly. Steer clear from this place!

They have veterinarians close by and the pets are SECURE. The whole complex is IMMACULATELY clean! I know business is about making money, but I do not get that "feeling" here. At Punky's Canine Club (PCC), dogs can be on vacation while you're away. We allow dogs to be dogs, to roam freely, socialize and play under supervised conditions. At PCC, dogs are only crated by necessity. That does mean guests have to meet some simple requirements (listed on our website) so all can be safe and happy. PCC is also our home, so dogs are almost never left alone. If they must be due to necessity or emergency, they are crated and monitored by CCTV. This is a family business. We love and care for every dog in our care as if it were our own. We have leather furniture and large screen TV for the couch potatoes and plenty of toys and space for all.
