We waited for five or so minutes and watched other frustrated patrons trying to open the door. Again, the sign outside clearly states they open at 8am. What an absolutely terrible experience and waste of time. Shipping is already annoying enough. But hate how you can't even get there early to avoid the crowds. I guess you just always have to show up in the middle of the day and stand in line for an 15-60min before an overworked and disgruntled employee takes your package.
