Great Place to recycle metals... wish there were signs once you get in the lot to show where…read moredifferent metals go but you have to ask or just put everything in the mixed pile and get around 7 cents a pound.

New System is no good. When you use their machine that pays you out you don't get your change…read moreunless it is over 50 cents. Don't see how this could be legal.Taking peoples money. Asked about why no change was told law of average it will all equal out. If we are paid with no change then what they say they pay is not true. If you have 2 lbs of #1 copper you should get $4.40 so when you go get your money they will pay you $4.00 for your 2 lbs of copper. So what the advertise is false. They are only paying you $2.00 a lb.Some may say it is only change under 50 cents but that is not the point it is still our money they are keeping. A friend just took over short steel got paid light iron price. When he asked the scale keeper she told him she don't control the prices. Well when he spent all his time cutting his metal to correct size and clean it so it was short steel then why not pay him short steel price. That is a 2.00 a hundred difference. We will find a new place to take our scrap in the future. Somewhere that treats us fair. Just watch your slips when you use this place. They say it don't amount to a lot but what if when we take scrap in it never goes over the 50 cents. That could add up to a lot over time. Let's hope that other places like grocery stores don't start this we will all be broke. I posted this on their Facebook and they removed it.
