Bought a Buick Verona 2013 from them in November. In January started having issues with going through oil. Was informed that it was just the type of motor and keep filling as needed. Had to do many oil changes/refills with a friend over the course of a few months till September. Where my engine finally gave. Took the Car into the shop on the 15th. As the warranty company asked them to tear down the engine to find the fault. It was due from what he told me issues with the engine. The warranty company than tried to state they would only pay half of the cost. At this point I'm paying on a rental to get back to work and back. I called again, and explained if they were willing to pay half way then, they have claimed fault otherwise, they would have paid nothing. Took a few more days and they decided to fully cover it. That a new remanufactured engine would be there that week. It did not arrive. Was told that Friday, it would be there Tuesday. Again it did not arrive, and when attempting to call good wheels, kept having to leave messages. The engine did not arrive till Friday at 4pm. Not enough time to install it. Monday came around, and it turns out all they sent was the block. Now the entire remanufactured engine that they promised. Which meant now the mechanic had to salvage old parts from an engine. As well as I had to pay for sensors since the warranty company refused to pay for those parts as they are not covered. Now it took till Friday to rebuilt it. It took an entire month from September 15th to October 15th to receive my car back. Paying more than what I should have. At this point the car now needed to have the computer relearned. Due to the amount of time they took to get the engine sent out after telling us to tear it down. The warranty company will not pay for the relearning as its not covered. Though the issue that caused it was following their instructions. So now I have a car that I cant drive as its stuck in limp mode. That Good wheels cant find a mechanic to relearn it till wednesday. With the fact that I had to put close to 3,000 on a rental on the promise that every week it would be done. In closing, I would suggest any other dealership. Stay far away from good wheels. They will sell you a car with faults in it, and then wash their hands of it, once you get past the 6 month period for a lemon. read more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I'm financing a SUV from Calcutta Good wheels. Let me start off by when I got the SUV I only had it for 3 days. Broke down on me right in the middle of the road almost got T-Boned by a truck cause it lost all power. Call Good-wheels took them 3 days to come get it. Told the lady on the phone it lost all power she said can you drive it in. Lady what didn't you hear it has no power. So she sends to guys out one to drive SUV in. This guy looked at us like it has no power we can drive this. Like no shit. We told her that on phone it needed to be towed in. after they had it towed in they had it for 4 days now said it fix you can come get it. Now here we go again 3 days later broke down again same damn problem. Don't you have mechanics that know how to work on cars? Guess not... Same thing again tell them car has no power cant drive now we told her 4 maybe 5 times it can not be driven. She don't listen. Sends 2 guys out again to say the same thing we said you can't drive it. Now it's tow it again. have for a 1 day fix. its the end of month inspection due. Said I can take to my mechanic for inspection in Pa. Well yup you guess it didn't pass inspection. Plus good wheels is to pay for inspection. Nope I had to pay pass or fell. Now I'm mad you had 3 chance to make this right. I'm done playing games.. I'm one woman you don't mess with. When it comes to a junk vehicle. Take your piece of crap back. Give me a down payment back and what I paid for inspection that felled. I'll buy me a good running vehicle in Pa. That I know won't break down and will pass inspection. But it wont be from Good Wheels. Believe me there is a Lemon Law..... P.S. they won't give you a loaner car ether. So my yellow Mitsubishi Lancer that I just got not too long ago has been down since May 18th. I didn't even have the title yet from Good Wheels. What happened you ask? Well, the control arm on the driver's side that I asked them about a recall on busted on me in the middle of the Walmart/170 intersection. I only bought the car with the recall because they had a valid PA inspection sticker in the windshield that said it was inspected and road safe in March. The sales girl at Good Wheels had told me that she wouldn't put me and my family in an unsafe vehicle. *snort* Yeah, because having 7 people push you off a busy intersection with kids in the car isn't unsafe or anything. I had it towed directly back to their lot by their service dept and dropped. Next day, I was not happy. Especially, since I had no title to it yet, my temp tag expired and they wouldn't give me another one so I couldn't get my plates. 45 days to get a title? Which I had called about several times and had been told it was "lost in transit". I finally got my title almost a week later just before MItsubishi Boardman picked up my car with a hauler to take it to their dealership and fix the recall. Mitsubishi has had it for a couple weeks now and just finished fixing the frame and mechanics under recall and damaged. I just talked to them today and it is going to the body shop for 3-5 more days to repair the body damage from the failure. They offered a rental car for which I would have to pay a $50 deposit and $100 deposit to up my insurance to full coverage in order to drive. So I couldn't accept the rental. Good Wheels has offered no solutions, this is all done by Mitsubishi. So..just a heads up...buyer beware with Good Wheels. DO NOT buy a car off of them without an independent inspection. No matter what the inspection sticker says (it's likely falsified by the PA inspection site like mine was) or what the salesman tells you. She may have known or she may not. GET AN INDEPENDENT INSPECTION or shop elsewhere. read more

I can't even begin to tell you how awful this company is. When first purchasing my car, not only would the guy who I was buying the car from call me (multiple times while I was at work,) but his manager Grace would also call me to make sure he gave me the information. When I purchased my car, the interest rate is awful and accumulates daily. For instance, I owe almost $14,000 on a car that was $8,000 and is KBB valued at $2,000. When I asked if there was something that could be done about my high interest rate, since I pay on time every time and have dutifully done so since first buying my car, and since it's valued at $2,000, they simply said "no." They are not willing to work with their customers at all. I bought my car in February I believe, so it was snowy out. Once the snow thawed, I noticed a really nice rust bubble on my car, and that water was getting into my glove box causing it to rust. I did not notice until after my 30 day warranty, and once again- they would do nothing. Until recently, they did not have electronic payment options, and you either had to call in a credit card, or go in and make your payment. I would often call in, until they started requiring only one card on file, and you had to have your information (including your credit card number) written down on paper, on file with them. I did not feel comfortable with that at all. Here is the kicker- Mcelwains owns Good Wheels, your car loan comes directly from Good Wheels, so in addition to the money they have made off of your car purchase, they get all of the interest as well. All in all, I would never purchase a car from Good Wheels again. Everyone I have spoke to who has dealt with this company, feels exactly the same. Cheap cars- at high prices. read more
