I've felt intimidated going to other studios but Brianne has created such an inviting and supportive environment to practice in, that I truly feel renewed and uplifted by the time I leave. There is a class for absolutely every level here, from gentle for people with chronic injuries, to advanced freestyle that will push you to your limits, but no matter what class you are in you will never feel put down for doing what you are comfortable with. In addition to the yoga classes there is occasionally Kirtan or live music during a class, which is a whole other experience in of itself, and such an amazing opportunity to meet musicians who travel the world! I've walked by the shop a few times on my way to other businesses in the facility and my curiosity finally lead me in. The Hidden Gem is a descent size shop, clean, organized, and has a lovely aroma of incense. It felt very inviting and open. They have a huge assortment of crystals, stones, and gems--small and large. There is a large display of incense too. Many other treasures can be found throughout the shop like candles, plants, and unique items from local artists and brands. I found adorable Alice in Wonderland candles that I may need to return for. Everything seemed fairly priced too. The shop's staff are beyond nice and they have readers (tarot, physic, crystal) at the shop everyday. The pace is well organized and not overwhelming. Sometimes these places put way too much out and it looks messy/cluttered. The store hosts events like readers, sound healers and classes.
