The workers had to excavate our existing concrete patio, re-grade my backyard (since it wasn't done correctly when my in ground pool was installed years ago), and prep the area before the pavers could be set down. I thought "OK, he missed the house and he's going around the block and he's coming back." Negative. He just kept driving. I returned to the front of my house and waited for roughly 10 minutes to flag him down again but he never returned! Not only that, but we never received a call back or an explanation. It has been 2 days now and I have been calling Cerami again and again to lodge a complaint and they won't answer the phone. Do not hire them. There are plenty of other companies in the area who won't treat customers like dirt.

This person took on a job that he was not able to do correctly. We needed our under-mount sink…read morereplaced be cause it had a crack.He broke the old sink off and drilled the broken pieces off of the counter. Instead of mounting the sink with the hardware it came with, he chose to glue it in place. The house got filthy and cloudy with particles from the sink he drilled off the counter. The counter top got split during the install. And the dishwasher broke. He held the glued sink with wood, so no kitchen for three days. Also, he broke the copper pipe that leads to the dishwasher. He said its rusted, but is a new Miele dishwasher and the piece was not rusty at all. We are hoping he returns to clean the glue off the sink, and replaces the copper pipe. He was supposed to be here at 10 am. Shame on me for choosing the cheapest option. He came in a truck held together with bungee cords and no sign to indicate that this is a business, which is sketchy and not legal. He is not answering texts or calls to finish the job. I paid him already. He never returned calls or came back.

There was mortar all over the front of the house, my steps and my car. When they took out the bushes they left the derbies from the bushes were left right where the bushes were taken out. The power washing wasn't even attempted. As a trusting 71 yr old living in a senior community this contractor ripped me off. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will take other action as this contractor never made any attempts to rectify the situation.
