Nice folks working behind the counter, and I always have fast and friendly service. I noticed they had Indian meals for takeaway and was super excited to try as we've missed that cuisine so much. We brought home a Butter Chicken and pint of rice. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't butter chicken, the curry itself had the right amount of heat and meat, but was watery and separated even after heating. There was none of the creaminess or, ahem, butter, that you'd expect from this dish. Much closer to a puree of tomatoes, peppers and onions that happened to have a mild curry flavor. I'll stick with the subs in the future but this was a huge disappointment. The rice was not basmati either, a staple of Indian cooking, but rather a bland plain white rice. No raita, no condiments....I should have known better lol.

The menu is eclectic, with several dishes Cajun or Creole. Four of us at dinner each had a different dish, and we all raved about the food. It was the same at brunch, with delicious entrees. For this area, the quality of the food on the menu is the best we have had here. Prices are moderate, and portions are plentiful. I'm hopeful that they can eventually be open more days and hours. Head to the Auburn Mall and try it out. They do prefer that patrons make reservations.

They surely had long lines and since it was just a husband and wife duo, the wait was quite long. It was a hot day and there wasn't much shade in the waiting area (open space on the field) so I am still sunburned from it. Hubby ordered the chicken super taco while my choice was the pulled pork super taco. We also ordered fries for the kids to share and some bottled water. I thought the pulled pork super taco was delicious. They had a couple of hot sauces to choose from which I used on my taco. I couldn't give them a 5-star review mainly because of the wait time. Hubby made a good point that for a food truck, their menu is kind of big. I think they'd do better if they adjust their menu for events like this so as to reduce the wait time.

It was a very convenient location on KMD with helpful staff and delicious food. My food also came out quickly and they had several tables and chairs on their lawn, so it was a nice spot to grab lunch. I saw recommendations for their fish tacos here on Yelp so I intended to get those, but they weren't offering them the day I stopped in. So be prepared for their menu to change and rotate. Instead, I opted for shrimp tacos and they were great! After looking at the menu I wasn't sure if I wanted poutine or fried mushrooms to go with my tacos so I asked the woman working at the counter. She highly recommended the poutine, so I ordered that and I'm very happy I did. Their homemade gravy had shredded beef in it, which was delicious. The cheese curds were melted nicely and the fries were fresh and high quality. What a great find! Thanks Yelp and Shebas Wicked Kitchen!
