I know he just wants me to take back my review but I can not do that. I am still giving them 1 star. I am writing this to point out a few things. There are a few other reviews that are five stars. If you really look at them, they are all on the same date( the 23 which is the same date he sent me a message) and all the reviewers live no there near Northampton PA, where the company is located. These people are from NY and NJ and other PA towns no where near this place. Of course all are voted for by Justin. These people may have gone to a NovaCare but not this one. If you are recovering you are not driving from other states to do therapy. I believe now you all will be seeing five star reviews from people close to the company. I did look up Google like Justin wrote in his review. The only ones I saw were on yelp and their Facebook page. They Facebook page all has five star reviews. We all know if there was a bad review on there they would take it down. I did write my review in 2016 and I do hope that things have gotten better I just wanted to point out these things to others. Not to many places all have perfect reviews on the same date buy people that live no were near the company. If you ask me I think the company is having a hard time getting clients, and the fake reviews are not the way to help things. Justin I think you are trying a little to hard! TOLD TO ME BY FOX THEMSELVES. They refuse to work with insurance to get paid higher rates because they do not wish to do the extra work (EVEN WHEN I DID THE LEGWORK FOR THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT TO DO). They make errors in running insurance so they can get you on services and then abruptly have your therapists stop coming when you point out their errors to them. They will only see patients with the highest reimbursement rates and do not care about the patient.
