Keri is the best. Woke up the day before my first half marathon hobbling and in pain due to running…read moreon an inflamed tendon in my foot/calf. I reached out to Keri in the small chance she would be able to see me, on Saturday no less, and she was able to make time to come to my apartment that night for some manual work, stretching and taping. With her help I was able to finish my half marathon the next morning (almost) pain-free! We had another session post-race and she really took the time to diagnose why I was over-straining this particular tendon in my foot and equipped me with the stretches and exercises I can do on my own to prevent injury from happening again.
