I subsequently contacted them to begin hospice services. Even after three different calls, and promises for action, I never heard back from their admissions team. They simply did not respond at all. I subsequently contacted a competitor, and within 24 hours, my father was receiving excellent care. If care for your loved one is important to you, you may need to call elsewhere.

The home health nurse was consistently un-prepared, and under equipped. The nurse also performed procedures in ways that I don't believe would be medically approved. If you choose to use their services, I recommend a family member or other trusted individual be present.
