They take kids on at a VERY early age. Why does that matter? Well, you can pay similar (or more) money for someone that is basically a half-step above keeping your kid alive. OR you can pay for this place and have your kid have enriching programs that give them an amazing head start on school. My son was reading and doing addition and subtraction when he was barely 4. You'll likely be so impressed that you consider staying as we have. Our son has excelled here and we have been so impressed at his progress.

As parents , we appreciate the great communication the school has with us. The website is so resourceful and informative. Our son would say "the playground is the bomb". Lakeshore has a great staff of teachers, wonderfully stocked library and reading program, a nice PE program, and other artistic classes. Pricing isn't listed on their website or on any of their registration forms, unlike any other childcare program I've encountered. Why? Because they are dishonest. I inquired about Summer Camp pricing and was told $330/week. I decided against registering my child. They called me 3 weeks later and told me the price was $220/week and urged me to register my child for the KinderPrep class, which I did. Camp starts and my child is placed in the wrong age group for 3 weeks (which she did NOT enjoy) AND I've been charged $284/week instead of the price I signed up for. Communicated with the owners and I got apologies about the "miscommunication" but no rectification beyond "we'll wave the withdrawal fee". They simple don't care about anything but the money. No integrity or business etiquette whatsoever. Would NOT recommend. However, most of their teachers/counselors are sweet so I'll give 1/5 stars instead of 0.
