I came in dealing with joint pain, a respiratory illness, poor sleep, and the stress of a demanding caregiving situation, plus some new and concerning visual symptoms in my left eye. Eliza took all of it seriously and tailored each session to what I needed that day. My joint pain noticeably eased, my sleep improved significantly even during a genuinely stressful stretch, and my respiratory symptoms cleared. What stood out most was her skill and intuition with a specialized tool she uses for eye-related issues. Over the course of my sessions she was able to track real, perceptible shifts in that area, and my visual symptoms measurably lessened by my last visit. She has a gift for sensing exactly where the imbalance is and adjusting her approach accordingly. Eliza is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly has years of refined experience. I left every session feeling cared for and noticeably better than when I walked in. If you're looking for a TCM practitioner who treats the whole person, I'd go to Eliza without hesitation.

It has done a lot. What I appreciate most is that she pays real attention, so every session is built around how I'm actually doing that day rather than the same set of points every visit, and she usually picks up on what's off before I've finished explaining it. She knows her protocols well and will walk you through her reasoning if you want to hear it, which made it easy to trust the process early on when I didn't really understand what she was doing. Beyond the skill, she's a genuinely kind person who wants people to get better rather than just get through the appointment, and I'm in a much better place now than when I started because of it.

We consider his general advices the reason for the rating. There appears to be Chinese doctors on-site. We have never use that services. They also sell pre-packaged standard prescriptions for various common ailments. We tried only the ones for new mothers.

From the pristine state of the shop to the warm hospitality I received from the moment I entered, this place is definitely a shop I'll be returning to often. The staff are remarkably friendly and genuinely helpful, playing a huge role in making the experience smooth as silk. I came in with a prescription from abroad and with their help we managed to figure out a dosage to start me off with. I do appreciate that they gave me a small supply to trial things (just to see if it works) rather than trying to sell me up on a larger batch. Staff were focused on what I needed and thoroughly explained things rather than trying to make a quick buck; we discussed symptoms to verify medication appropriateness, double checked on whether the pricing made sense for my prescription dosage, and even reminded me to drink hot water for my headaches. It also helps that they know both Mandarin and Cantonese to boot, so between all these factors I certainly feel like I can trust them to know their stuff and treat folks with respect. Even on the financial front, a week's supply of medication for $40 is competitive with prices back in Hong Kong, so pretty much everything seems top notch. We'll see whether the dosage is about right, but Willie promptly gave his card to me just in case I had questions or if anything didn't make sense. Their customer service is worth praising and I plan on being a regular here.
