    we just purchased a 2026 Equinox and really like the car. during the purchase experience everything…read moreworked as you would expect. sales people were friendly and helpful, the finance guy was very personable. altogether a positive experience. THEN we had to wait for 6 weeks to get the paperwork back from corporate and the financing was not what we had agreed to while in the dealership. we live about 60 miles away from Harrison so I was hoping that I could handle things on the phone. I have tried calling the dealership at all times of the day and every time I do I get the message saying "The person you are calling at extension xxxx is on the phone and the mailbox cannot accept any more messages". CLICK!!! So, they may have a very good dealership but if you can't get through to anyone that doesn't really count for much. with this experience with their phone system they probably will never see another dollar of my car buying budget.

Didn't make it to the next oil change before the transmission went out. $8K later, I'm back on the road. 2 weeks later, took it back for an oil change and they told me my transmission was leaking fluid and I needed a new transmission. Imagine their surprise when I told them they replaced the transmission 2 weeks prior. Now, my AC isn't working bc they forgot to reattach all the AC hose clips and the freon leaked out. I don't know what kind of chop shop scam this place has going on, but I wouldn't take your vehicle here if you like it driving at it's best.

We were told where the waiting area was and proceeded there. The service I had asked for took only 40 minutes. We were very pleased with the dealership and the friendly and courteous people working there. We put a deposit down on the car to hold it. Colten was prompt with communications as to the status of the order. They gave us a very fair trade-in value on our car with no 'low-ball' back and forth crap. When the new Corolla did come in he did a complete and lengthy orientation of the car's technology with us. The business manager, Kelly, was so pleasant and was not in any way unpleasant or overbearing in trying to up sell extended warranties. When she presented the extended warranty options we told her we would think on it, and she told us that we had until the end of the 3 year, 36000 mile factory warranty to decide, and that was it. No pressure! The buying experience with Magness Toyota was excellent. Colten is a personable, friendly salesman who knows his product, and Kelly was so helpful and friendly. I have bought many new and used vehicles, and the Magness experience was the best by far!

    Extremely Disappointed -- Unethical Sales Practices…read more If I could give negative stars, I would. I had a signed contract on a Ford Raptor truck they took in on trade this past Thursday, along with an extended warranty. Despite having a fully executed agreement, they sold the vehicle out from under me overnight. I tried to leave a deposit last night to secure the purchase and even pleaded with them to take payment to avoid exactly this scenario. They refused, assuring me--via text--that the truck was mine. I arranged shipping and made plans for full payment first thing this morning. When I called to finalize the payment, I was told the general manager had sold the vehicle. I had spent hours the previous day with the sales manager discussing the trade, reviewing photos, confirming warranty details, providing my driver's license, and arranging logistics. The vehicle file was in their finance and insurance office with my name and documents clearly marked. No one returned my calls. No one gave me the courtesy of a heads-up. They simply sold the truck without honoring our agreement or even informing me. This was not just disappointing--it was unethical and unprofessional. I would caution anyone doing business here to be extremely careful.

Fast forward to today and I find out while selling this Jeep, it had a front end collision with structural damage, and it is now on the car fax. These guys are thieves and the true definition of used car salesmen. Stay away from this place
