You never feel pressured to buy and they certainly don't upsell. They have mattresses here for every budget. A natural mattress may cost you a bit more, but it's a worthwhile investment. To tell the truth we bought a twin mattress at IKEA first. I was standing in line to have it delivered, and suddenly thought about the latex in it. I was wondering if they had designed the bed in a way that protected kids who have late allergies. Our kids don't, but visiting kids who play at our place might. Anyway, I happened across some posts that talked about how IKEA's "latex" is synthetic, even though they just call it "latex". After digging little more I confirmed this, so we end up standing in the returns line instead. Ugh. We remembered buying a mattress from Natural Sleep. It was a little more expensive than what we were going to pay from IKEA - $750 compared to $400. We aren't exactly swimming in money here. But in the long run, what's $250 spread out over years and years if it means our child is going to have less health problems as a result of having a natural latex bed without the weird emissions coming off of the synthetic stuff. Lesson learned. Save money now, but pay later with their health? Nope. Vincent was very nice at the store. No sales pressure. Very attentive. He went the extra mile for us and we are very happy with our purchase. This is THE place to go if you are concerned about the health and safety of the mattress you buy.

When my guy arrived, he was told by The Dump there was Fresh Damage to the Bed. My wife and I drove down to the Dump the next day, because we couldn't get anyone on the phone. Once we arrived, we looked at the Damage and we were given substantial discount. We were scheduled to have the Bed delivered the following Tuesday by the Dump, no call no show. Rescheduled for Thursday. No call no show. My wife and I drive back down there, the Salesman who we dealt with seemed so disinterested in our Situation, so my wife dealt with the General Manager Curtis. Unlike our Salesman, Curtis seemed genuinely concerned and he and my wife worked out a deal where we eventually got 51% off the Bed along with the $300 delivery fee being Waived. We LOVE the Furniture in the store, but I'm having a hard time convincing my Wife to go back. Excellent Prices, I just hope Curtis hires more dedicated salesman like himself.
