One of the worst pedicure's I've had-…read more Lin is the daughter of Hannah who did my pedicure. She didn't want to cut my toe nail as it was too thick and she didn't have any nail cutters for it. I said I would cut it myself and did. then she refused to remove the dead skin from sides of nail--"how, what-- I can't do it" she said ..so I said the pedicurist next to her was doing fine, I'd seen her do it .so she reluctantly tried a little.. while the client one seat away had come Before me, I was done way before her! Lin used the exfoliating grains, lightly, vaguely, with one hand as she held the pumice in other. As I left really really upset, waste of 28 pounds, realised they take ONLY cash--I wonder why? What are they Not reporting to Income Tax authorities. The client away from me, later agreed with everything I said--as we stood outside the salon..said they were really rude, kept saying something in Vietnamese and even if you don't understand the language, you understand the tone! and she saw that I was really getting poor service and that she only ever got her pedicure/manicure from people she'd known there for a while! ONe of the pedicurists also agreed, said something about how Lin wasn't good at removing dead skin/cuticles.. Not taking her name as I don't want her getting into trouble.. all in all, feel really gyped--and angry..

Came back over 30minutes later (couldn't call downstairs to see what has happening as my back was across the other side of the room). Her comment. Sorry, someone wanted a manicure so did that first. Couldn't believe they would leave someone upstairs in the middle of a treatment for that length of time and just do someone else instead. Hence have never been back!

The cut was so bad at the back of my head was briefly shown but could not see as salon quite dark, it was only the next day it was pointed out by friends.... my hair was virtually one length and it has been chopped hacked at the back it was cut very quickly no care taken when i complained having this been pointed out the owner manager was rude, said come back and we will get someone else to cut it! no apology disgusting customer service. beware of this salon

Basic!! Have you ever met a receptionist that doesn't say hello? Or one who forgets to take your…read morerainy wet coat upon sitting down in your salon chair? Or maybe it was topsy turvy day - and the colourist thought death by hair pull was a preferred way to die. Or maybe, the wash girl though leaving hair colour over night was a good idea, so you can itch and scratch your head all night in bed (I still have colour at base of my nape) Or that a rough blow dry meant - remove towel, switch on dryer and blast, no product, no brush - just use a tiny comb to get those knots out at the end! I mean, if I wanted this level of poor service - I would have rung up my half-blind nan to colour my hair and she could have done a better job WITH A SMILE - after all, am I not a paying customer? If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. At the end - the receptionist did nothing more but take my money - not a thank you when would you like to come back, not even - have a happy Easter or Good-bye! Makes me wonder if an invasion of the body snatchers came in and took that man's soul & spirit. He was as lifeless as the service was good! Last time this poor establishment takes my money and leaves hair colour in it!

She analysed my skin and gave me very useful advice. I visited another two times and was very happy with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the last time I visited I received terrible service. The beautician ,whose name I didn't find out because she barely spoke to me throughout the whole 40 minutes, was quite rude. The only time she spoke to me was to guide me to the room, ask me to lie down and to take my payment. She asked no questions about my skin and made no attempts to me feel relaxed. As I said I do not know her name but she is an older, eastern european woman. I will go back to the salon but will just make sure I do not get treated by her. Take my advice go to the salon but avoid this terrible beautician.

She is an absolute perfectionist! she takes her sweet time to ensure your nails are perfect. I even had to tip them because i was so impressed. i absolutely love my nails. i did acrylic with shellac on top.
