I walked in and was immediately greeted by the associate and was asked what I was looking for and if he could help me find it. When I told him that I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted but I had a picture of what it looked like he immediately knew what I needed and showed me what he had in stock. At that time he didn't have what I was looking for in stock but he offered me a similar piece that would be just as good and I said I would take it because I needed the piece that day.
