The Memphis Double Cheeseburger had everything you could want in a great burger--freshly ground beef, crispy toppings, and plenty of flavor in every bite. My burger was so fresh and hot that I actually had to let it cool for a couple of minutes before I could dig in. But once I started eating, it didn't take long to completely devour that sandwich! I highly recommend Chile Verde if you're looking for a seriously good burger. I'll definitely be back to try some of the other items on the menu. This place is definitely worth the stop!

The place up there is one I found because of No Reservations...a Bourdain gem. Nonetheless, the pierogi was very good, the kielbasa flavorful and savory. The beets were the best I've had. Good value for what it is; though she could charge whatever she wants for scratch made authentic Polish and I'd be game. Here's to hoping this is a regular Friday occurrence. After not eating for 4 days, and this being my first meal, I am extremely disappointed and honestly a little heart broken because paying $26 for a burrito and a couple of tacos that arrived inedible was not what I imagined. Overall. 0/10. I will not be getting anything from here again.

I had the Truffle Smash Burger. They forgot to put the truffle aioli on the burger, but they did include it on the side. Honestly, if I hadn't added the aioli, I'm not sure I would've enjoyed the burger as much. it didn't have much flavor. But i do love the crisp they have on the smash Burgers. The Garlic Parmesan Fries were good, but they were missing the garnish, and the fries were a little too soggy. I would've preferred them to be way more crispier. Would I try it again? Maybe if I was already in the area, but I wouldn't make another 45-minute drive just for it. Overall, it wasn't bad for a food truck, but it didn't quite live up to the hype for me.

Unfortunately this was my husbands first time trying it and he says he is not open to trying it again in the future.
