I was a bit nervous because of bones cracking and pain but I'm glad I did this. the chiropractor is gentle and lets you know what he does ahead of time. He is very quick and it is effective treatment. I hope this relief lasts more than a couple days because anything I did before, the pain would subside then come back next day.
