Very professional practice. The front office and billing staff are friendly and helpful. I have seen both Dr Marchand and Dr Poineros and have been helped with a number of issues over the years. I've been a patient of Dr. Ponirus more than 6 years. He knows his stuff, takes the time to explain the medical condition in detail by cause and effect, and orders the correct tests (X-ray, CT, MRI) to narrow down the root of the problem. He's performed 2 surgeries on my 'Greek' toes and the 4 follow up visits are informative. He takes the time to listen to questions and provides answers, including drawing the problem on a foot diagram. I had an early morning emergency once (infection from ingrown toe nail), he was already in the office (7AM) and had me come in right away. He's very gentle and sensitive to the patient's concerns.
