I wish there were more than one doctor in the Westboro office who provided general foot care. Although very nice, the doctor I saw for a very simple procedure didn't take care of the problem --first time that's ever happened in many years of having the same problem attended to there (by someone different) and elsewhere. I have transportation issues and Worcester is not convenient for me so I'll have to find someone else to attend to this unresolved problem. Frustrating! read more

Dr. Pelto of CMP is always attentive to what's happening with my feet. I get a good feeling that he's looking to make sure l'm getting the best care at each appointment. read more

Dr Pelto is a fantastic podiatrist. He explains everything; he is kind and takes his time. I highly recommend him.

The office staff are courteous and professional, and Dr Pelto is exceptional. His demeanor is calming and reassuring. He is very kind. He noticed I was uneasy before an injection, and used the cold spray to make it more comfortable. He was always clear about what I should expect and the follow-up plan, and he took my preferences into account. I would highly recommend Central Mass Podiatry! read more

Great Office and Dr. I was recommended by a relative, who was seeing another Dr. in the Office. I had a broken foot and the office was able to get me in to see Dr. Pelto. Great experience and very pleasant to deal with each person in the office. read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Pelto and his office not just to you but also to my friends and family. I've had my share of nightmare experiences with healthcare providers--and my share of good ones too--and I've learned how important it is to be highly selective. With this view, I can assure you that Dr. Pelto listens well, leaves ego outside the equation, and prioritizes patient care and healing. (And since this might need to be said about a podiatry office, he's not there to sell you stuff.) I went in for foot pain, thinking it was just a strain or something (never had issues before). Turns out I'd managed to fracture my third metatarsal, an unusual break, not least with my strong bones. Dr. Pelto spotted it immediately, though it was an extremely minor line in the bone. He gave me practical advice and was realistic about the time it would take to heal. He also impressed me by recognizing how serious I was about healing and healing quickly and offered me a treatment that usually only athletes seek: localized sonar (sound waves aimed at the fracture) that makes the break heal more quickly by creating tiny stresses in the area (just like lifting weights hurts your muscles a bit but in turn makes them stronger and better than ever). Insurance won't pay for this treatment, but research strongly supports it, so I went for it out of pocket and had three sessions. To be clear, Dr. Pelto didn't push or urge me--he just said, well, given how much you want to heal fast, you *could* do this thing. As I told him, his offering me this treatment felt like respect; he didn't assume I wouldn't be interested. (Also, by the way, it hurts like a beast, which Dr. Pelto was upfront about, but just during the treatment, which for me lasted about seven minutes. Those will feel like very long minutes to you, though! Afterwards, the foot actually hurts a bit less than before.) Now, I'm pretty much past the injury, which should be *entirely* healed in a few weeks and is no longer visible on x-ray. In other words, I'm back in action and don't have to think about it. Throughout, Dr. Pelto was professional, kind, responsive, and gave me accurate information as well as acknowledged any limitations to what he could promise me. Although a fracture is more straightforward than some conditions, I wouldn't hesitate to return if I had something vaguer or more complicated. The office staff are kind and excellent communicators, just like the doctor. Highly recommend! read more

CMP is hands-down the best experience I have ever had in seeking out medical care of any kind. The clinicians here see you as a person, not just a patient, and they genuinely care about your well-being and getting you better. I have seen both Dr. Pelto and Dr. Saviet at the Westborough office, and they always took the time to listen, explain, and answer any and all questions I might have. I never left feeling rushed or unclear about anything, and I always felt like I was heard--which is rare among clinicians of all sorts, but particularly among orthopedists (the issue I was having was orthopedic foot/ankle). Sometimes the best medicine can in part be the sense that your doctor really understands your problem and cares about getting you back to 100%. It's about a 45-minute drive to Westborough from where I live, but I will never go anywhere else for my foot/ankle concerns. I couldn't recommend CMP more highly. read more

I had been referred to Dr. Pelto for treatment and I was very impressed. He is personable and takes the time to explain things as needed. He treated my specific issues with my feet and very good results have come to fruition. EXCELLENT!!! Dr Feldman's staff started by taking superb x-rays of my foot. Dr Feldman did a comprehensive exam- not just of my foot- and explained to me the exact nature of my injury. He then created a comprehensive treatment plan, complete with my own private webpage, and he counseled me on diet & the type of exercise I should focus on. I am a big guy & I thought my running days were over- Dr Feldman brought hope & healing, and has acted as a guide on my path of becoming a triathlete. read more

I highly recommend Central Mass Podiatry. Dr. Saviet was very proficient and the staff had great customer service and professionalism.

Service was fantastic. Once I was seen took about 5 minutes. I would have rated them higher but they are still using a coin to exit the parking lot. Anyone who is disabled or has arthritic hands will find it difficult to exit using this system. read more
