I wish there were more than one doctor in the Westboro office who provided general foot care. Although very nice, the doctor I saw for a very simple procedure didn't take care of the problem --first time that's ever happened in many years of having the same problem attended to there (by someone different) and elsewhere. I have transportation issues and Worcester is not convenient for me so I'll have to find someone else to attend to this unresolved problem. Frustrating! read more

I would highly recommend Dr. Pelto and his office not just to you but also to my friends and family. I've had my share of nightmare experiences with healthcare providers--and my share of good ones too--and I've learned how important it is to be highly selective. With this view, I can assure you that Dr. Pelto listens well, leaves ego outside the equation, and prioritizes patient care and healing. (And since this might need to be said about a podiatry office, he's not there to sell you stuff.) I went in for foot pain, thinking it was just a strain or something (never had issues before). Turns out I'd managed to fracture my third metatarsal, an unusual break, not least with my strong bones. Dr. Pelto spotted it immediately, though it was an extremely minor line in the bone. He gave me practical advice and was realistic about the time it would take to heal. He also impressed me by recognizing how serious I was about healing and healing quickly and offered me a treatment that usually only athletes seek: localized sonar (sound waves aimed at the fracture) that makes the break heal more quickly by creating tiny stresses in the area (just like lifting weights hurts your muscles a bit but in turn makes them stronger and better than ever). Insurance won't pay for this treatment, but research strongly supports it, so I went for it out of pocket and had three sessions. To be clear, Dr. Pelto didn't push or urge me--he just said, well, given how much you want to heal fast, you *could* do this thing. As I told him, his offering me this treatment felt like respect; he didn't assume I wouldn't be interested. (Also, by the way, it hurts like a beast, which Dr. Pelto was upfront about, but just during the treatment, which for me lasted about seven minutes. Those will feel like very long minutes to you, though! Afterwards, the foot actually hurts a bit less than before.) Now, I'm pretty much past the injury, which should be *entirely* healed in a few weeks and is no longer visible on x-ray. In other words, I'm back in action and don't have to think about it. Throughout, Dr. Pelto was professional, kind, responsive, and gave me accurate information as well as acknowledged any limitations to what he could promise me. Although a fracture is more straightforward than some conditions, I wouldn't hesitate to return if I had something vaguer or more complicated. The office staff are kind and excellent communicators, just like the doctor. Highly recommend! read more

CMP is hands-down the best experience I have ever had in seeking out medical care of any kind. The clinicians here see you as a person, not just a patient, and they genuinely care about your well-being and getting you better. I have seen both Dr. Pelto and Dr. Saviet at the Westborough office, and they always took the time to listen, explain, and answer any and all questions I might have. I never left feeling rushed or unclear about anything, and I always felt like I was heard--which is rare among clinicians of all sorts, but particularly among orthopedists (the issue I was having was orthopedic foot/ankle). Sometimes the best medicine can in part be the sense that your doctor really understands your problem and cares about getting you back to 100%. It's about a 45-minute drive to Westborough from where I live, but I will never go anywhere else for my foot/ankle concerns. I couldn't recommend CMP more highly. read more

10 thousand dollars and 2nd doctor I seen .I lost my house job new truck oh job I love all because 5 years I been in chronic pain 1000 even after surgery shots and 1800 stem cells.Not counting other docs.I could not even get a note for court showing I could not walk I dont think anyone would last as long as me and this virus is nothing to me compared to what I felt over last 5 years in bed and tub.After surgery I rested then pushed myself only to have trouble standing in a shower .At 47 I would never thought this would happen and I was a gym rat and now I watch 80 year old women walking on my street while I'm in tears and lost my health insurance now and live alone where I'm cashed out house will be gone soon new truck best job ever everything I worked hard for.i would love to see any foot doc feel this pain now I'm the crazy guy that calls and gets a answer like i cant help you anymore 5 grand later .i kill bugs and its 350 for 3 hour job with 6 months coverage and we go back for free to help people or maybe just like to help people. So as I set in bed and cry in pain for 5 years how much more can I take and live with .People are sick of being in for a year with virus out there well that a breeze compared to sitting in bed ,tub and going to bed with ice on back all day and night heat then ice.i this this on no one all I asked for was help .And now because I could not walk right I face some false allegations which I would love for my doc to come thurs april 8 at 9am to Westboro court to show I cant walk today never mind Oct 19 2020 when I tried to suck it up and see a friend .I fell down to the ground because the pain now I loss everything I worked for in the 5 years in pain .Where are the true heroes that have empathy and companionship to show up and help someone who needs more then help with there feet My money is all GONE IM HURT IM SORRY IM THE CRAZY GUY ON THE PHONE NOW because what I'm still in pain pain pain and between the docs I'm 10 thousand gone but who cares I only make 20 bucks a hour and I fought long enough u win but I paid alot .Enjoy the new Westboro office I'm sure I have stock.in it or maybe u can give me a job now.thank you the pain in the ass foot problem guy. read more

EXCELLENT!!! Dr Feldman's staff started by taking superb x-rays of my foot. Dr Feldman did a comprehensive exam- not just of my foot- and explained to me the exact nature of my injury. He then created a comprehensive treatment plan, complete with my own private webpage, and he counseled me on diet & the type of exercise I should focus on. I am a big guy & I thought my running days were over- Dr Feldman brought hope & healing, and has acted as a guide on my path of becoming a triathlete. read more
