The breakfast buffet was so varied and so good that we could have stayed 2 weeks and still enjoyed it every morning. The hotel staff was very helpful. The bars (2 of them) were both great, and the one that serves food was also awesome (nice fireplaces help keep it cozy). The indoor pool and outdoor hot tubs were a great way to relax and spend some time under the evening stars. And we splurged for a massage in the spa, which was totally worth it! The weather was unfortunately pretty bad, so we couldn't enjoy the town but at least the hotel was so nice that it didn't really matter since we spent a couple of days relaxing instead. We had the indoor pool and outdoor spa almost to ourselves. And the breakfast buffet was amaaaazing. So many delicious dishes to choose from. And the staff is friendly and speaks English. We needed to print our boarding passes and the lady at the front desk did it for us. I wish I didn't live so far away so I could go back.

I've called the hotel several times but was not able to reach an operator or the reservation desk. There is still some construction in progress so don't be surprised if you hear loud banging from the 5th Floor at 8:30 in the morning. The breakfast buffet was really nice and the hotel restaurant had a really nice dinner a la carte menu, the restaurant staff was better prepared then I thought, I was really impressed! If you are looking for good regional food, try the downtown area or any other place, just stay away from the Tradycyjna Restaurant which is also part of the hotel (another building) rude service and questionable food. Other feedback: - not enough free parking spaces -well appointed rooms but the single beds made into a double are not that comfy and have really small blankets. - general lack of organization - poor lighting in the hallways - getting to your room can be an adventure, in some cases you will have to take one elevator down and another one up. - not enough staff to answer phones - no decaf coffee - no room service menu - no concierge service Please don't get me wrong, this is probably one of the more comfortable hotels in town, just be prepared, I guess I am spoiled :)

Buffet is 4/5. One annoying thing was finding a space to park in the huge parking lot, especially because it was icy and not shoveled properly. Overall a pretty nice experience.

It is beautifully located hotel in Bukowina Tatrzanska , in Polish Tatra Mountains with absolutely great facilities for relaxation and just to have fun in thermal pools and standard ones. You might get water massages or just swim happily in the sun. There outside and indoor pools. Slides and grotto- whatever you wish with fantastic views around. We are in a room with no balcony and a view of the parking lot which only has one odd window that opens. The thermal pools are fantastic and as a hotel guest, included. We are well fed at one of their 2 restaurants. One is modern and bright and the other is regionally traditional. I prefer the regional restaurant as it has a better atmosphere I think. The smoked sheep's cheese is a regional speciality that I do not enjoy it at all. The hotel room is basic but comfortable. The only negative would be the pillows which are lumpy and uncooperative. The wifi is overwhelmed I think with all the conference goers and does not work most of the time.
