Who ever they hired to do it all deserves a raise. Elevators are a little old school but you can take the stairs they're huge open cherry oak polished over sized steps beautiful! Our room was great bed was a little meh but I was only there for 2 days and our main focus was the spa. Now let's talk about that. Huge pool with a balcony over half of it with canopy beds for pure relaxation. The pool is cool as it's family friendly so there's a 50 spot for the kids and a 125 and 140 deep end. Hot tub was nice fits around 6 was pretty hot and relaxing. They also have this jungle rainforest water spraying section the lights go from red to orange with bird sounds. The sauna was great!! Steam room made me so happy with the hanging lights such a zen environment. Food! Breakfast is included but room service is a 15 zl ( big whoop) they brought in so much stuff that we were laying in bed in a food coma. AND they even make you a lunch to go so you can spend the day out on the mountain or walking around the strip in zakopane. 10 stars

However the room has slanted ceilings and anyone above 5 ft 3 (160 cm) is sure to wake up and get out of bed only to painfully hit your head. We also had a minibar in our room, full of the usual snacks. We did bring our own drinks to store in the minibar, only to be to told that our room doesn't include it and the fridge is turned off. So I wonder, why give us the room with the fridge and let the hotel's snacks and drinks stay warm? Then for the spa. I had a wonderful eyebrow shaping, salt scrub and massage experience. As far as the pool area, it really is quite grand. My only complaint about the spa would be the low temperature of the jacuzzi. This experience was going to be two stars until I went to the free breakfast buffet today, and was overwhelmed with the delicious choices. Other than those few things I would say I had a just average experience

The wide selection of dishes, their freshness, and the general atmosphere is a great start to the day for anyone. That's why I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast. It's worth it. Usually, I use Expedia to reserve my hotels. This time our favorite accommodation wasn't available. Hotel Sabała is rated high. I chose a double economy room in the main building, with a city view (whatever it means). First, we were given room number 115. It is located at the end of the corridor on the second floor. It does not have a shower, only a bathtub. We asked for something else. The very nice person at the reception offered us two more options. Room number 109 and room number 415 in the second building, which was large and had a terrace. However, we decided to stay in the main building. The room was clean, fragrant and very cozy with a view of the parking lot in front of the hotel. There was a kettle with a selection of tea and coffee but no microwave or fridge. The TV was great, with lots of channels and perfect reception. The bed was really comfortable. The only drawback was the strange constant noise we could hear from the early morning to the late evening. At first, we thought it was something related to the pool because we heard gurgling and pouring sounds. Our room was located above the kitchen. Maybe it was some sort of filter? Anyway, it was pretty annoying. Next time, I would ask for the room with Krupówki view.

Wood ceilings, beams, good lighting, huge bathroom, etc. On the downside, the internet is weak, there is no elevator, nor is there air conditioning or a fan in the room. In order to get air moving in the evening, I have to have the windows open. Unfortunately, there have been people talking, shouting and laughing loudly outside my window on the apartment balcony across the parking lot and it's after 11:30pm in the middle of the week. Not much the hotel can do about that. Still, I think the positives outweigh the negatives. I would definitely come back. Maybe I would ask for a room on the other side of the building. :)

I've called the hotel several times but was not able to reach an operator or the reservation desk. There is still some construction in progress so don't be surprised if you hear loud banging from the 5th Floor at 8:30 in the morning. The breakfast buffet was really nice and the hotel restaurant had a really nice dinner a la carte menu, the restaurant staff was better prepared then I thought, I was really impressed! If you are looking for good regional food, try the downtown area or any other place, just stay away from the Tradycyjna Restaurant which is also part of the hotel (another building) rude service and questionable food. Other feedback: - not enough free parking spaces -well appointed rooms but the single beds made into a double are not that comfy and have really small blankets. - general lack of organization - poor lighting in the hallways - getting to your room can be an adventure, in some cases you will have to take one elevator down and another one up. - not enough staff to answer phones - no decaf coffee - no room service menu - no concierge service Please don't get me wrong, this is probably one of the more comfortable hotels in town, just be prepared, I guess I am spoiled :)

It is located on Krupowki Street which is a busy promenade loaded with shops, restaurants and of course people. The crowd size depends on the season. About the hotel. We're always looking to find a different place to stay because of our adventurous soul, but still we end up in the same place. Villa Vita is just perfect for us. The combination of location, price and what they offer is just right. Our rooms are always extremely clean and pretty. I love the reception desk area right now. They keep improving not only rooms but they also gave a beautiful makeover to the entrance and a foyer. It's so cozy and inviting. Even the stairs in some parts are covered with a sweater-like carpet. Of course there are pros and cons. First of all, to get to any of the rooms, guests have to climb a lot of stairs, which is not a problem in our case, but for a person with a disability it would be a serious issue. Even carrying up a heavier suitcase could be a pain for anyone. There is no elevator. Second, breakfast is included with the price. It's a buffet and we like it a lot, but officially it is served only until 10:00... I have to ask why? We're here for leisure, and setting alarm to get up and ready for breakfast would be kind of ridiculous. I think 11:00 would be just right considering people are out on the town until late, it's Zakopane, right? Communication is rather poor. The best way to make a reservation is through Expedia, Booking etc. Even the economy type rooms are really nice. They're not too big but compact and very cozy. The TV didn't work well, but we actually didn't have time to watch it. The updated bathroom was so nice, with cool mountain landscape accent on the shower wall. The view of Giewiont and Tatra Mountains is wonderful. I whish the windows were cleaner, but I understand the air is rather polluted in Zakopane, especially in the center of town, and it must get dirty pretty fast. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is crispy clean and smells good/fresh. I already mentioned that, this hotel is located in a busy area of Zakopane. To have a more realelaxing athmostmosphere or a better starting point to hiking trails, it would be better to choose a different accommodation. Walking distance from the bus and train station to Villa Vita is only around 20 minutes. There are taxis available too, but we never use them. Parking at the hotel costs extra, not sure how much and what kind of rules apply. We always use public transportation to get there. The reception desk person is always very polite and welcoming. She greets everyone with a warm smile and is open for any help if it's necessary. I recommend avoiding visiting Zakopane during any holidays or summer time when people usually take their time off. Its simply to crowded.
