This is absolutely unacceptable, bedbugs are a public health problem and everyone who does their laundry there has a chance of bringing them home. You innocently go to do your laundry and before you know it one of them hitchhikes on you to your home. I will never.do my laundry there again, and the people who work there was aware of the situation and didn't even warn anyone who brought there laundry in that bed bugs had been spotted. If I bring any home, I will definitely be getting a hold of the owner and I just might be calling the health department Sad you care more about profit then your customers. Doesn't anyone check periodically to make sure the food is up to date? Both Texas Honey Buns had a best by date of February 5, 2022. He bought one last week and one yesterday. The laundry was not weighed in front of us nor did she write down everything we brought in to make sure it was returned safely to us! When I picked it up I was very impressed on how nice my uniforms for work were hung and all my blankets were folded and towels and sheets were bagged for us! But I noticed my shoes were missing immediately and told the attendant that it didn't look like everything we brought in was there. She said if I got home and anything was missing let her know! Well we got home and almost all of our winter clothes were missing. Four pair of jeans about 8 hoodies a couple sweaters some tank tops a few pair of leggings some name brand takers ! Everything was name brand and expensive that was missing! Including my shoes! So I don't know if they accidentally gave my stuff away to someone else or someone that worked at the laundry stole it! Regardless when I told the attendant her boss only offered me $325 and refused to speak to me! So now I am presssing charges on Laundry world and whoever did my laundry for theft because I didn't take my laundry there to be sold I took it there to be washed and dryer and folded and returned to me and I payed for that service only to be ripped off by the merchant! My advice do not ever go here! Don't take anything here you value because you won't get it back!
