I purchased beautiful but expensive interior shutters for them to install. And they did in a…read moretimely manner but had to come back to fill some screw holes, caulk some cracks around other screws that were not properly pre-drilled. This was faux wood. What I didn't know was that just a little rain would cause the bottom (unsealed) to soak it up and bubble - I had left the windows open one night and some rain water got on them. There is no caution regarding water in the literature or warranty. So because these were "interior" shutters it was my fault they bubbled up. Flair refused to fix or replace them.

Came out did not give estimate or price when asked what it would cost - they charged me $30 for a service call (which was supposed to be a free estimate), charged me 3 hours labor for an hour job. Joe, electrician that came out said he would take an hour off labor which I agreed to, but Shawna, office manager, only took 1/2 hour off and threatened me several times that she would turn over my statement to collections even though I never mentioned not paying. Tried to discuss with her by email and phone, but she would not adjust to an hour per what Joe and I agreed to. Rob, Owner called and was very rude and yelling, kept changing his story and ended up calling me a B- - - - - and hung up on me. Submitted complaint to BBB and Attorney General.

Second time using them in a new house. First experience was wonderful. This last experience was…read moreawful. We hired them for flooring in kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. It took almost a month and they didn't do a great job. And won't return calls. They didn't put flooring under appliances and you could see edges of floor outside of floor vents. Jagged cuts around every doorway. I asked for extra matching floor planks so we could repair areas ourselves and put flooring under appliances and no response. Will not use them or recommend them again. Very disappointing. Plus owner was caught on our house cameras talking bad about my husband. Very unprofessional.
